Caleb Vatore would definitely be my first choice, although I don't know how we'd work around the whole vampire situation, whether I'd cure him or let him turn me. Regardless, I reckon he'd make a great partner
Well... When it came time to look for a wife for the children of my initial Sims couple (modeled loosely after my husband and I), I created the spouses for them as need came up, but I took a chance on one... Summer. Yes, she looks like a cheerleader or something, but she has turned out to be one of my favorite Sims, and probably my fav that I didn't make. That girl will work hard, was/is a great mom/wife, and I have kept her going and accomplishing (my aging is off) to where she has a list of skills as long as your arm!
Cracks me up that I see a lot of Mortimer lovers here! One of my Sims hates him and I haven't been able to tell why... though they work together. Go figure! Hahaha...
Either Pablo Rocca (I gave him a makeover and he is so cute now without that weird chin-beard) or Candy. Candy is just so adorable and bubbly and we’d have such a fun life together dancing and partying.
I might just marry Hugo Villareal. I've never played him, but he's cute and I like that he's a loner and foodie. Not to even mention how wealthy they are.
Pablo probably, Mitchell Kalini more so Lillith definitely. But seeing as I'd be going through cas...I'd make myself a Jason Moma. There aren't enough townies with big noses and Vlad has been taken....:(
Akira Kibo. He's married to my sim, Piper, and they have two children. I found that he's a good husband if you remove the Jealous trait. He's also a good dad.

If I wasn't a straight guy I'd be exchanging vows and picking out furniture with Caleb Vatore. Handsome, just goofy enough, and a great parent.
After thinking about it for a while, I'd propose to Moira Fyres. Dump the dowdy hairstyle and frumpy clothes and she's very attractive. She's also Good, runs her own gardening club, and loves the outdoors. She'd make a wonderful lifetime companion.
I would feel bad about taking her from Dominic, since he's such a great guy, but hey, that's the Sims.
None of the current premades are that attractive to me in that sort of way I guess.
If I had to marry one from the Sim series overall though it would probably be Lazlo Curious from Sims 2. Life would be interesting to observe in that family and he's laid back and nice. They also don't seem to have money issues that I know of. I know, I know how shallow...
