      OK, it's called Ritzy Wood Panel and is in the misc section and costs $4. It came with Roaring Heights.

      P.S. You have a very nice cottage entered already. You managed to get quite a lot of room and furnishings within the budget. The wishing well was a great addition to your lovely landscaping.

      Lovely job! I love the soft greens and wood together. I love the landscaping too, and I particularly like the way the walkway branches out as it gets close to the sidewalk.

      The layout of Basic Beach House is very nice! :) Very nice roofing design,The decks are great! Sims will relaxing on the loungers there, or enjoy using the telescope. The design of the interior looks very nice. It is great that the bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the kitchen, dining and living room are on the upper level. Very nice colour shades used for the bedroom walls. The boat themed design of the master bedroom is a special touch. The tiling in the bathrooms looks very nice. The teddy is cute in the cot in the toddler’s room! It is nice that there is nook area in the teen room for Sims to enjoy playimg the guitar or painting on the easel. Sims will enjoy sunshine coming in through the glass windows whilst cooking a meal, or resting on the sofa enjoying watching tv.
      It is a very nice home! :)

      @rosemow thank you very much for your critique and kind remarks. I had responded earlier but somehow it went amiss.

      I swapped out the expensive TV to use the money to add a pool, a little more landscaping and deck furniture. Had to retake quite a few pictures. :)
