Sims 3 login issues AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN!

This is driving me freaking bonkers!
I started my game up and it logged me in, no problem. I changed some settings in the game, like sim details and sound settings etc. and restarted the game for the settings to take effect.
And now it won't log me in, the stupid piece of... grrrr!
I AM logged into the launcher, but when the game itself starts up, it just keeps telling me that my password is wrong. FUDGE OFF! I have reset password, I have cleared cache in IE, I have gone through every freaking troubleshooting step I could find on the forums and outside the forums and the stupid piece of crap is STILL pulling this stunt on me!! My password is NOT wrong. My emailaddress is NOT wrong. If it was, I couldn't log in here, on Origin or on the launcher. Someone needs to FIX this, I have paid thousands for every expansion, every stuff pack and every single item in the store, so they have to WORK!! I do not care if EA has moved into Sims 4, I have still paid for a product and I expect it to work or I want all my money refunded!!
Yes, I am grumpy. So someone at EA better get their heads out of their rears and fix my account! NOW!

    You want to contact customer support. They don't live here, and they are the only ones who can reset your account from their end if that is what is necessary.

    I was actually yelling at EA ;).
    I spent 6 hours trying to fix this last night. No dice. And I have no options of contacting EA customer support.

    This is what happens. As you can see, I AM logged in on the launcher. Origin also has me logged in. If I try to reset password from the game itself, it also shows me as logged in (check my username and simpoints next to the pic of the Bohemian Garden!), but it still continues to claim that I am NOT logged in.
    I had a chat with the Origin support last night, totally pointless and waste of time, they have no clue. Their socalled experts claimed that I needed to do a full system reboot. Hello?! I have rebooted my game over and over, I have reset my IE over and over, I have rebooted my computer over and over. And it STILL does this.
    If they don't fix their (bleep), I demand every single cent back I have ever spent on this game and all the stuff from the store (and I own EVERY thing sims 3!). I was never asked if I wanted to run my game through Origin and it has given me nothing but trouble since someone at EA made that stupid decision. And sorry, but they cannot sell me a product and then change it so I can't use it and not give me back all my money!

    I am still incredibly angry! Especially because I was streaming Sims 3 BEFORE changing a single thing I my settings in game and it worked just FINE! After changing the setting, I rebooted the game and then it imploded. And that can under no circumstances be MY fault! Not even changing the changed setting back has helped!

    *rename the files igs,bin and platform.bin inside documents \Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SigsCache
    For example igs.bin.OLD and platform.bin.OLD -apply to both.

    The studio has been working on this login issue and we believe this issue has now been resolved.

    Could you try logging again now?

    If the issue remains, could you please send me a direct message with the following information:
    • Login email used
    • IP Address
    • Date and approximate time range of login failure
    • Time Zone
