How to access CC buildings

I want to get the mars colony building from the mod the sims website and it says to unzip the file and put it in documents/electronic arts/The sims 4/tray which I've done because that's basic stuff but how to access it in game. Will it already be on a lot? or in my library or in build mode?
Help pleeeease and swiftly because I want to start this ASAP
