Please fix Report button on this forum I try to Report a issue it states I'm still new and can't post links some others are having troubles too with only a red button showing my report is not accepting so I had to go to the US Version Report form which does not have a Report Abuse button for Bullying / Harassment.

Thank you very much for the feedback. Technically reporting a post counts as starting a new thread and New Members cannot do that until they reach Member rank.
However, I do agree that everyone should be able to report a post. I will be looking into how we can get this to work.
PS! The "Flag - Report" should work for you now as you have reach the Member rank.
