I made a small house last night after discovering this thread. I was already inspired by a dollhouse I saw on Pinterest, so I gave it a go!
I focused mainly on the exterior, but I'm happy with how the inside turned out as well. I wanted to keep it under 20k, if I didn't have that limit I'd definitely have added more stuff and clutter, like I always do.
I don't wanna overwhelm the page so if you want to see more of it or try it out, here's a linkie to my blog
It's wooden so it should be "moveable" as the requirement goes. Also note, it's a diagonal build and it was hard for me to include stairs so I didn't use the roof area.

@catmando830 I did explain it, it's because I did the house diagonally I was unable to fit a staircase :P
