Sims keep getting sick?

My Sims keep getting sick, I have to keep medication on them because they have to take it just to get them better, then they get sick again.
This has never happened before in my game till the recent update, anyone else having this problem, or know why this is happening? Thank you

When one sim in the household gets sick, this can then spread to other sims in the household. It is spread due to close contact. Then the earlier sim who has recovered gets sick again,
Also, if one of the sims in the household is a doctor, the other sims in the household get sicker more often.
You could also try deleting the cache files and see if that helps
