Try switching back to 32 bit mode and see if that helps.
Right click on The Sims 4 tile in Origin.
Select “Game Properties”
Change the “When launching this Game” setting to “The Sims 4 32-bit”
Some Simmers have been finding that although they have 64 bit computers, they are unable to run the game in 64 bit mode.

Also, all my drivers are up to date. Not sure if that would matter but I'm running the newest version of my 750 ti drivers.
Make sure you have 2010 and 2013 both 64 bit and 32 bit properly installed.

Hello @LookiePookie
Try turning off origin in-game and see if that helps. To do that, go to Game Library in Origin . Right click on The Sims 4 picture. Click on “Game Properties”. Then untick the box that enables origin in-game
Try starting the game in windowed mode

Hello @LookiePookie
Try making sure that the language used in Origin is the same as the game language. If it isn’t, it may be causing the issue.
