In view of how things have gone since the launch of TS4, we may rely upon the modders - once again - to ensure that there are enough boats for everyone, that they are sound, well provisioned, and equipped with what we need to make the nearest landfall. Have not heard whether there is an SS Carpathia (someone to buy the franchise once EA drops it) in the vicinity.
