Icemunmun on Mod the Sims has a ton. There's a whole custom foods interactions thing there. I believe there's a different on on the Sims 4 Studio site but I've never used it.

I am uncertain how these play with the custom food interactions from MTS, so I haven't tried them. Leniad (the second link) has a bunch of custom foods, some of them are already on MTS but there are others.
I used icemunmun for the longest time, but the last big update broke it for me and caused my game to freeze at random times during play. If its fixed now its a really good mod and has a lot of options including customer harvestables.
I would say the only big culture represented is Asian, but there are also Louisiana influenced recipes. If you have a specific dish you'd like to see you could reach out and request. There are also some on Tumblr.
If you do download the mod, download the files "without custom harvestables" as the harvestables will conflict with seasons unless they've been updated. Downloading without the CC will save you a headache in the future.
Has anyone tried to download Leniad's custom food? (spefically the cakes and pies) I downloaded the required mods for it to work, but it won't show up in my game at all :/

I was checking the custom food categories from the menu expander, which was why they didnt show up lol But they're in another category, i just needed a higher level to make them. Thanks for your help!! I appreciate the fast reply :)
