    Do Granite Falls insects go dormant?

    My current semi-legacy has two goals: complete all the collections and complete all the careers (both tracks for the two track careers). My founder already finished the Gardening collection, and now I'm thinking of one of her descendants starting on the insects. Do the insects go dormant in any season, like Winter?

    Side question: can children catch insects? I know they can't harvest the wild plants but they can fish.

      Granite Falls insects don't go dormant. You can find them even if it is snowing.

      Yes children can catch insects.
