Yes, I'm having the same issue (specifically tested Neia's Biology career and Midnitetech's Slacker and Self Employment careers).

That happens regularly with careers from @Neia 's career creator at updates for some reason. She generally updates the tool pretty quickly so that people can redownload their careers.

Yes, I confirm also that all Neia's careers plus Midnitetech careers are broken. Oh the pain!
I just knew this patch would bring nothing I cared about and break the career mods which I DO care about.
Is there a thread for the broken mods by the July 31st Patch?
No. Smaller patches rarely break enough to start a new one for.

Sorry, not sure where to ask this question if not here...I have 3 of Midnitetech's career that haven't been updated and Neia's Biology career who I have updated with her newest update...can anyone tell me if it is safe to play a save game that has Sims in careers that are now broken (Midnitetech's) if I just don't play those Sims?
Btw, what would happen if I were to delete those careers completely from my game and play Sims that were in those careers? Any bad side effects or is it just like they never had a job? I will of course delete the localthumbcache file and the rest of the cache files along doing a repair of the game before starting playing the effected save.
Oh, and thank you for this thread Its been a real lifesaver. I really appreciate the work that goes into maintaining this thread

There shouldn't be any side effects of you delete the career. The Sim will retain any skill advancement they made but, otherwise, it will be like they never had the job.
202 Terrains Replacement - Basegame Only and 303 Terrains Replacement - All Worlds are working fine. I updated them late July and again today. So, at least there's a terrain replacement mod that *is* working.

Still curious about this half of Stina's question. If I play a household that only has sims enrolled in vanilla careers, will the mere fact of having broken custom careers installed (but not being used/engaged with) bork the game up?
I mean I'm to the point I'll probably just delete and have some jobless bums for a while (waiting on Midnitetech and kyatt/kittyblue myself), but even so I'm still curious about what others have experienced on this front.
No, having the non-updated careers doesn't interfere with vanilla jobs as far as I can tell. But if you try to go into the career UI for one of the non-updated ones, it can cause serious problems.
Most of my CC skin tones are just gone. Eyes, too. Not only do they not show up in CAS, sims previously created with them are now using default skins. Did the patch impose a new limit on the number we can have, or are they just broken? And yes, they are still in my Mods folder, just not present anywhere in-game.
ETA: Tones are in CAS, but were removed from previously created sims. Had to cheat to fix them.
I just tried putting the following mods into my game and the game immediately started bogging down:
-Sleep All Night by LittleMsSam -Working Alarm Clocks by Scumbumbo -Sorcerer Mod by Triplis
I tried taking each mod out one by one but the game didn't stop lagging hard until I took them ALL out. I'm not sure if they need updating since the most recent patch or if they are just conflicting with some of my other mods. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Heading to the work location works just as well as before. Only thing that you have to do is swap the location venue types in build mode.
