Changing Exchange Name

@EA_Mage Is there any way to get my handle changed on The Sims 3 Exchange? I want it to match my name here so that when I'm posting TS3 content I'm being consistent with my other profiles. I lucked out awhile back and the impossible was achieved for me on the Sims 4 Gallery, hoping I get as lucky this time around. Thanks for any help or pointing me in the right direction.

While EA_Mage can certainly change screennames here, I believe that the only way to change a username on the TS3 store/exchange site is to contact EA customer support. Live chat seems to work for this; email may be less successful.

@Andrianna11, you can change your user name on this site by asking @EA_Lanna or @EA_Cian but we can't have our user names changed on the old TS3 site. The only way to have a name change over there is to either re-buy another base game or any of the EP's or SP's and create a new account using the new name that you want to have.
