For Sale - Sold Real Estate Sign?

I am looking for some sort of For Sale and/or sold sign I can put on my lots. It doesn't have to have any sort of function.

The only ones I could find were from this http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=572304

But that's not really what I'd want. There are some perfect ones from the Sims 2 but I haven't found anything similar for the Sims 4 yet, so I thought I'd reach out and see if anyone knew where better to look. I may also just have to try my hand at recoloring a sign... can't be that hard... right? ^^'
