Is this a laptop? If so then you cannot upgrade or add a graphics card. If it's a desktop you might be able to but it generally means a new power supply also. What pc do u have?

I'm confused right now, cause there is acually a Geforce card shown but my game is running with Intel graphics, isn't it? Do you see something else that is not good? Appriciate your help. I have updated the graphic card drivers today, don't know why it's still showing 2013 (that's when I bought my PC)

Yes unfortunately all in ones were not built to be upgraded. If you want to make the most of simming then a new pc would be a good idea.

Is this a all -in- one pc? If so they cannot be upgraded either. The Nvidia 730A is still a very low end card and cannot play the game properly either. As to why it's using the Intel card look here:
