Any feedback as always is much appreciated. :)

Awful power supply (as i mentioned before). if going corsair for the power supply it should be either the CX or TXM or RM or HX AX.
I would highly recommend the 8th Gen intel (i5 8400 8500) if you can find one that's affordable.
Look for something with a NON standard intel cooler as it's going to get you much cooler temps.

@alexspoom13 Chester will have to answer you on the build however you don't want 1 8gb ram stick. You want your ram to run in dual channel. You need either 2 ram sticks of 4gb or two ram sticks of 8 gb . For some reason cyberpower uk does not sell the 4gb ram anymore. Having 16 gb ram ( 2 x 8gb) is future proofing your computer

@phoebebebe13 Is the second stick of ram something I can purchase at a later date or is it essential when I buy the PC? As I have already stated the above build is stretching my budget beyond what it was originally.

I know in a Mac you have to purchase two sticks of the same size RAM in order for them to work. I believe it is the same for a Windows machine. So you'd need to purchase two 4GB sticks (for a total of 8GB) or two sticks of 8GB (for a total of 16GB) which as phoebebebe13 is future proofing your machine. Not sure where you are located, but Other World Computing is a good website to check out RAM. They are fairly priced.

@Tremayne4260 With PC you can run on one stick of ram but it won't run in dual channel. It's better to have 2 sticks. Also PC has allot more choices for different ram companies. With PC you cant mix make and model ram . The ram sticks installed all have to be same make and model or you will get serious issues

@alexspoom13 You can't just add ram. All your ram sticks have to be same make and model. They sell ram sticks in two packs. If you don't get two sticks now, you may wind up with 3 sticks of ram.. I also don't know if cyberpower will let you alter the pc while under warranty. If you have a 3 year warranty you may not be able to change your PC for 3 years

and as far as all the hardware your choosing you need @chesterbigbird

Okay thanks, I will see how much extra it is to add a second 8GB stick. I have read that the game doesn't benefit from any more than 8GB anyway though and won't be using the PC for other games.

@alexspoom13 The game does not need more than 8gb however it's not good to have 1 stick of ram. You really need two sticks of ram to run in dual channel. Is cyberpower offering you two sticks of 4gb ram? If not you really should get two sticks of 8gb.

    Looks much better!
Like said below it's best to have 2x4GB so you are in dual channel. However if you absolutely can't afford the extra then it will be ok, probably will not hurt performance much.

Thank you @chesterbigbird . So the RAM aside, will the PC run Sims 3 & 4 on high settings? I will be installing 3 on the SSD for sure, but not necessarily 4 as I've heard it doesn't benefit from it.

I don't see the graphics card listed?
The rest of the specs are fine for high settings just need to know what card it has. :)
