This is Part 2 of the 30 Grandchildren badge. It's quite short. 13 minutes 28 seconds according to YouTube.
You see the basement I built under the house they live in. I didn't want to destroy the look of their house as it's such a pretty building.
They have basic living quarters in the basement with 8 bunk beds and I set up some easels and a few other skill objects for their use until they age up to teens. I'll be aging them up as soon as each one gets on the honor roll.
Same thing when they become teens.
There are no set skills they have to learn as teens so I'll just keep them learning stuff and as soon as they get onto the honor roll I'll age them up to YA and they can start having the grandchildren.

I loaded Episode 13 of the Perfect Genetics Challenge and it is now available for viewing. I think I tried to cram a bit too much into the beginning. Hopefully, you'll enjoy it. It runs for 13 minutes.
In this episode you'll see toddler training and the third baby is born. They also do some gardening and there are more ghosts visiting. The house has expanded slightly too as they have a quickly growing family.
In this episode Craig completes a series of nectar making adventures at the nectary, Meryl solves a problem with a ghost in a secret garden (another adventure chain) and Meryl helps a sim who needs a date. Then they all leave France and in the next episode they will arrive in China.
I'm currently working on Episode 8 of Oscar and Louise. In Episode 8 Louise is a Young Adult and she moves to Hidden Springs where she intends to make a new life for herself. She meets Oscar and we see them together in the one episode for the first time. But, although I've recorded to video for this I still need to put it all together. What I have done is a very short outtake of Louise as a teen fishing at the wishing well in her Riverview home. The fun part of it is she is accompanied by the Pixies.
I've had it ready for a while and decided to load it because it has to go before I do another one of the Oscar and Louise short Outtakes videos.
In this video Louise catches a few fish but mostly it's about the pixies.

It is lovely to see simmers still enjoying TS3. I also still play it, buy I confess I am fast becoming obsessed with TS4 now! (^▽^) ᒪOᒪ At first I was resistant because of the closed world but there are so many pros to counteract this one con. I am still learning the ins and outs of TS4 build tools, but I am getting better and am having so much fun experimenting with the new style of building. Sadly my Son Gage no longer plays - I have lost him to this Fortnite craze! (^▽^) ᒪOᒪ I am working on persuading him to try TS4 and create some lots for me.. He was the talented one of the two of us (^‿^)

Hello @kateoverend Kate - it's great to see you again after such a long time away. I hope you are enjoying my videos. I'm having fun learning about YouTube through my Sims 3 videos. I don't play Sims 4 much. I have it on my laptop but not on my new PC. I only have the Base Game.

I'll be doing a lot of singing practice for the rest of this week as I'm singing in a concert on Sunday and have an audition for a play on Saturday - all of it requires me to learn songs. I sort of know them by now but still have a lot of work to do.

It's Winter and the world is covered in snow.
Olivia is trying to make a Forbidden Fruit seed as she has a wish to grow a Forbidden Fruit.
When Olivia becomes pregnant she eats a lot of watermelon - after having 3 baby boys in a row she'd really like to have a girl next.
Don is gardening and taking care of toddlers.
Ghosts continue to visit the household and Olivia manages to pick a fight with one of them. Then she builds a snowman and makes a snow angel and an igloo.
Caroline rescues sims from drowning, she gets a badge for running a 0 star resort for 7 days, goes diving in her retro diving suit and has a party on her houseboat as well as working on her mixology skill.

In the next video (I think) I'll show them with their original scale colours as I eventually found an old game with them in it and they had their correct scale colours and I was able to get the colour numbers for their scales and then edit the versions in this game and fix them so they all are now as they were originally meant to be.
Gerry and Iris don't have much time getting to know each other in this video as they are both kept busy doing different things. Their jobs are not compatible with them spending time together - that's a problem I might have to find a solution for at some stage if it isn't going to take forever for them to become friends, let alone get engaged. And the do have to get engaged to each other before I send them to Hidden Springs where they'll move in with Old Gertie and get married in the Indoor Outdoor Wedding Venue which is in Hidden Springs and waiting for a wedding.
Remember the huge house with the greenhouse roof that I placed in Dark Harbor? Well they throw a party and Iris is invited so we get to have a look around inside it in this video. Plus we meet all six of the sims living in that house.
I have now loaded the second episode of Oscar's childhood. This one is a little longer than the first one and we meet his entire family plus we see them go fishing in a nearby pond.
This episode is only 8 minutes. They arrive in China from France. Muriel delivers some nectar while Craig and Meryl go fishing. Muriel practices martial arts at the Academy before they all go home to Isla Paradiso and Diana performs a magic show at the coffee house.
This episode begins in Isla Paradiso where we get to see all members of the household. Then most of the young adults travel to Egypt where they stay in their own Egyptian home. Diana and Judy have pomegranates to deliver and Muriel goes off to explore Abu Simbel. She gets a start on the tomb but we run out of time to see her complete it. The video runs for just under 30 minutes.
There have been some changes to the way I do these videos - I'm still on a long learning curve and I think some progress has been achieved in the way this video has been done. I hope you enjoy it.
Episode 65 of The Isla Paradiso Bunch is now on YouTube and available to be viewed. It runs for 31 minutes but I needed all of that time to get Muriel through the rest of the tomb. If it's too long for you and you do want to watch it maybe you could break it up into 10 minute (or some other) intervals.

Basic rules of the challenge
The founder has to have unusual hair and eye colour
The founder and all heirs must have the Dislikes Children trait
The founder and all heirs must have babies until they have one that has inherited their founder or heir parent's hair and eye colour (in this challenge it is pinkish purple. Olivia's hair has other colours as well she has blue roots and pale yellow tips)
The challenge must run for 10 generations - this challenge is up to generation 1 and our founder is still the sim having the babies trying to find an heir
So far Olivia and Don have had four babies together. The first 3 are boys and none of them have Olivia's hair and eye colour.
Gary has inherited his father's green skin and has multi coloured hair but it is predominantly greenish.
James has his mother's blue skin but has dark hair and eyes
Owen has his father's green skin and multi coloured hair with quite a lot of pink in it but it is a different pink from his mother's hair
In Episode 15 they had their first girl and she does have Olivia's hair and eye colour and she is the heir.
Cindy has her mother's hair and eye colour but has her father's green skin. However, she only has to inherit the hair and eye colour from her mother so she is the heir.
During Episode 15 Olivia had planted a forbidden fruit seed. She picks a baby plant sim girl in Episode 16.
Petal has now joined the family in Episode 16
I have saved Petal, as a toddler, to my library and placed her in to the mermaid household from the Cake Island Mermaids so we will see lots more of Petal. In the Perfect Genetics challenge she is just a sibling to the first heir and I probably won't have time to do much with her. But in Cake Island Mermaids she lives in the mermaid household and I've added all plant sims I've ever had in any game to Cake Island. They are in their own households. There are boys and girls and their ages range from toddler to teen. I plan to play more with Plant Sims in that game and hope to have a few plant sim marriages with other plant sims because I haven't played with plant sims other than as babies or toddlers mostly. I've never had one that is older than teen.

In this episode the three girls graduate and Louise leaves Riverview to live in Hidden Springs.
We see Louise meeting the locals in Hidden Springs, including a rather interesting witch who lives with a lot of cats.
After trying Online Dating she joins the music career.
At the end of the video she visits the festival and bumps into Oscar who just happens to be in the music career too.
