The sims 4 fullscreen problem? (SOLVED)

I have to play The Sims 4 without it being full screen, because, when I make it full screen I have to click above things to actually do them, like for example if I want to pause it I have to like click really far above the pause button, it's really annoying and I've looked it up but no one seems to be having the same problem.

I have no such cursor issue using a wide variety of resolutions whether fullscreen or windowed on different monitors. With an isolated bug like yours, your best bet may be to file a ticket on the EA Answer Headquarters.

And it's a lame tip, but try updating drivers.

Have you tried a different mouse? I was having a similar problem but when I switched from a wireless mouse to a wired mouse it got much better.

If you go into Game Options > Graphics > Display Type > Windowed Fullscreen it should fix the problem :)

Try coming completely out of the game and back to the desktop screen. Then reload the game again and see if that helps.

If the issue remains, try changing the screen resolution , then test doing it again.

Try turning off origin in-game and see if that helps. To do that, go to Game Library in Origin . Right click on The Sims 4 picture. Click on “Game Properties”. Then untick the box that enables origin in-game

If you still have issues, it would be best to post here what the error message says.
