    Where do you guys get inspiration for building?

    Do you look up house plans online? I'm pretty good at setting up specific scenes, but I can't build actual functional houses and I'm trying to come up with a good one to make.

      for me i get inspiration from looking at other homes, sometimes if i'm wlaking around my neighborhood i'll see a home that inspires me or just looking at photos on google and other websites help inspire.

      Same here, @cmbaker16 Or if I want actual pictures I go look somewhere like realtor.com for homes in my area that are for sale. Mostly for decorating ideas because sometimes I just can't decide how to decorate a space.

      I build older buildings, never modern. So where I live in England there are old buildings from cottages to manor houses, stately homes & palaces & castles everywhere. I'm surrounded by inspiration.

      I walk around neighborhoods in my area and look up images of houses online. Sometimes I go to real estate websites as you will get many interior images there.
