Can't seem to stop building these monstrous houses.

No home is complete without animals.

More stuff to do...this house isn't going to get done in one go...
...and this house is a 4 below/5 above in terms of floors.

This is ultimately going to be a replacement home for my selfacy sim and his family.

Your home is looking great!

Very nice layout of the build. It looks very nice that there is a bridge pathway over the lake that joins the two areas of the home together. It is nice that there are two dining tables with chairs on each side of them, for many sims to enjoy eating their meals together. The chandeliers are a nice elegant touch in the dining area. It is great that there there are two stoves, two fridges and two teppanaki grills for sims to enjoy using when cooking meals. Very nice sofa seats sitting area. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there watching tv and listening to the stereo music. The theatre room is very nice! It looks great how the seating has been placed there for sims to enjoy sitting and watching movies on the large screen tv. The farmyard nook is great! It is nice that there are cows and chickens for sims to get milk and eggs.
It is a very nice home for your sims

I hope that the rest of your work on the home goes very well.

Evidently the OTHER monstrosity that I built had routing problems. So, so much for that house. Here's my NEXT monstrosity

Used CFE for the garage build...because I wanted to have the top floor on the same level as the main floor with foundation. Then started building up.

I'm furnishing the house as I'm going along and in order to allow the sims to be able to access the main floor quickly, I put in a four X wide staircase from the second floor to the main floor. Yes, the house has a lot of bedrooms.

Yes, the house has only four floors because of the foundation, but there are stairs leading from the basement upstairs through the frieze. and then elevators to take sims from the 1st basement floor all the way down. I'm not messing around with putting an elevator through a frieze. I've got enough headaches.

So...can anyone guess why I have the back half of the house on "stilts"?

Yep, I have the back end on stilts because I'm going to make it over water.

The build is lookimg great!

The bridge looks very nice. The kitchen would be a very nice light filled room for the sims to do then cooking in. The windows there look great. It is nice that there are multiple dining tables for many sims to enjoy eating together. The ceiling lights look grand. Very nice sofas seat nook for sims to enjoy relaxing there with watching tv, or enjoy listening to the stereo music
