!PROBLEM! Hospital/Science Facility aren't working!

Okay, so, I downloaded the custom world Alpine County and I was loving it so far. However, whilst playing, I noticed that the hospital and science building was not working. Both tags appear on map view and I have the option to click but when I do, the options for the hospital and science facility don't appear, nothing does. Also when in I hover over the building he gear icon appears but once again nothing happens when I click. I bulldozed the lot and replaced it which seemed to work. I have now opened the game again and it is also not working again. Can anybody help? Sorry if this isn't in the right category. :)

This is happening for me in oasis landing. I tried putting in different rabbit holes. I could only get a science facility to work alone. No hospital rabbitholes or hospital/science facility rabbit holes are working for me

it's still happening. but for me the science center is out. did anyone find a solution?
