When I load up the game instead of having the usual mouse pointer in TS4 I have the Windows "loading" cursor (the blue spinning circle). The only way to change it is to exit the game window (I do this by pressing F1, which for me opens up the start menu, and clicking on a random tab on my taskbar - I typically use google.) and then returning back to the game. This doesn't change it to the default game pointer though, it just changes it to the typical PC pointer. Looking for some advice to fix it - thanks.
(I've already tried changing the size of the game window, so the fact that I have it on windowed fullscreen doesn't change anything. Also tried restarting my laptop as well.)
