'Read to child' bug?

I changed my sim's aspiration to 'Big happy family' and, well.
Yes, I removed mods and Yes, I repaired the game already. Please, don't suggest this. Honestly, it's the first thing I try, every time. I'm playing the 100 baby challenge and this is her 25th kid. Does that have anything to do with it? I don't wanna read for 191 hours. (It use to be 193, but she read for two and this was the result).

I am sorry that you are having this issue. SimQARobo was asking for save files of simmers who have this issue. You may like to send your save game file to him

We have not been able to reproduce this issue. Would you be willing to answer a couple questions?
Did you have multiple Sims with this aspiration? Did you move any sims from your household into households that are specific to other packs, like San Myshuno or Forgotten Hollow?
