Thank you, I may give this a go. Just literally make a copy of the Sims 4 folder and then replace the new one with it after reinstallation?
Aside from reinstalling the game i am not sure what else to try... i don't know if any of my settings are conflicting/causing an issues...
Hello @Jakey664
You don’t need to replace the sims 4 folder after reinstalling the game. The back up copy of the Sims 4 folder is only a precaution in case issues occur.

Like what Rosemow said, moving the Sims 4 folder is just a precaution which I highly suggest you do. Hopefully reinstalling the game will help! Good luck.

And also once you have reinstalled, try moving the Sims 4 folder out and then start the game. Play with a new test save and see if you still have problems. Close the game and you will see a new folder in there. Then just delete the saves in the saves folder and copy back your ones in there.

Forgot to get back to you. I had a lot of cc, so I cut it down and now my game is back to normal again!
It is great that it is back to normal again!
