Oh, that's easy. Just type a word like, oh, here we have:
Chapter 1
Now highlight the word(s) you just wrote that you want to redirect to your link, click on the button to the right of the smiley face button on the bar on top of the box where you write your text, type in your link to the box that comes up after pressing said button and then press enter, now chapter 1 will show up like this:

But use square brackets instead of circular ones [].
