A tiny little bit worse. They will have more pressure in school and they are less likely to enjoy their childhood imo. At least compared to what childhood meant the last few decades.
That's a tough question. There's lots of cool technology and medical advancements these days which are fantastic and make our lives better, however, climate change/resource depletion is a thing. When there's not enough to go around, people fight over it, and that can cause wars and violence. Environmental refugees (folks who are forced to leave their homes because of climate change problems like rising sea levels) are now becoming a reality.
It really hurts my heart to see all of this stuff, y'know? I think there's lots of people who care about the world, and they're dedicating their lives to making it better. There's less violence in the world today overall, but there's still a lot of work to be done. More needs to be done though.
What was your favorite ad from this year's Super Bowl?
Either the Amazon Alexa ad (with the substitute voices) or the mortgage one with Keegan-Michael Key translating in everyday life. I also liked how the Eli Manning sequence ended, partly because he beat the Pats the other two times and I'm still grateful.
I speak decent Spanish, but I'm not fluent by any definition. There are a lot of native Spanish speakers here, and even the ones who also speak perfect English like switching back and forth sometimes. So I get plenty of practice.
