    Cannot register in Sims 4 Studio

    I tried registering in S4S, but my captcha cannot be seen. I couldn't install S4S without an account.

    I tried in Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
    I'm back!

      Sorry to post again, but i finally got the captcha to work. I Actually thought it showed up on the screen where you entered your email an stuff.

      But the verification email never sent. It's been nearly 8-9 hours. Nothing in my inbox or spam folder. I Can't recover it either, cause i was in incognito mode (i don't remember why). Do i need to sign up again? Can i use the same email address? Cause that's my only one.

      Hi LyricSimsz15, you can use the same email. Please make sure your service provider allows certain types of email. The only time before this I know of that the person did not receive the email the forum sent, was when their service provider was blocking some messages sent to them. If you continue to have issues, please post again or message me.

      Unfortunately I am having the same issue.. Tried chrome / firefox / edge browsers... adblockers / extensions turned off and still no luck... please, please help !!

      Why don't you post how to fix it, rather than messaging people individually? I'm also needing help, and it would be easier if someone could just click and see, rather than wait. Not trying to be rude, but I can't find help anywhere.

      It also feels like it would be easier for you too, especially if a lot of people ask for help. That way you aren't drowning in requests.

      @iibabykittenii I am assuming that she probably needs personal info that she is not allowed to ask for on the forums because it appears that e-mails are involved. Please be patient and she will help you when she is able.

      I also have the same problem. I cleared my cache and cookies and disabled my browser extensions on three browsers I tried to register on, but the captcha won't show up.
