sims 4 crashes

My sims 4 goes very smoothly. It never freezes but when it does, it always crashes.
This happens twice a day. This is very frustrating and it always happens during build mode. I only have the UI-cheats extension mod wich is very popular so I don't think it has something to do with this. I have tried repairing my game, updating my driver and I have even deleted everything out of my tray and screenshot folder.
But nothing seems to help.
I guess this has something to do with my computer but I find it very weird that it never freezes,bugs... except when it crashes

Does it only occur when building on a particular lot, or does the crashing occur when building on a number of different lots? If you haven’t done this already, try testing to see if the issue occurs when entering build mode on other lots also.
Sometimes having a large amount of items in the sims inventories and household inventory can also cause issues. Try removing some of the items from the inventories and see if that helps.

Yesterday my game crashed while I was saving a vet clinic to my library, but other than that I never build community lots. I will try it another time. The vet or houses that I build aren’t owned by a family so they don’t have a big inventory. Thanks for the reply and a Merry Christmas
If the crashing keeps occurring each time that you play, try lowering the graphics settings and see if that helps.
If you continue to have issues, could you please post your DxDiag info here.
To gather a DXDIAG on your computer, do this :
Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
Type dxdiag in the text field
Click OK
Click the Save All Information button, found on the bottom of the DXDIAG report
Then copy and paste the information from where you saved it, to pastebin https://pastebin.com
and post the link to the file here

I am sorry that you have been sick
It would be best to update your Nvidia graphics drivers. Go the Acer website, search for your laptop model, and then update the drivers for your computer model.
I will also ask @phoebebebe13 to look at your dxdiag information

@simgame unfortunately this laptop is below requirements to run the game. Did you add C & D when the crashing issues started? If not it could just be the C & D patch that you are having issues with. As you add more to this game, it becomes more demanding to computer hardware. If your computer is below requirements it may run the game one day and not the next. You can't upgrade video card or processor in a laptop. You are stuck with the specs you buy. If your laptop can not longer run the game, your only option is to buy a new computer if you don't have a another computer to play on that meets requirements. Should you be interesting in purchasing a new computer that meets requirements, please post in tech and someone can help you. Sorry for the bad news.

If you would like help and advice in getting a computer that handle the game and packs, it would be good to post on a thread in the Sims 4 Tech section and simmers will assist you and offer suggestions.
