LOL, you're so sweet. Since Regency Arcade is a venue, it won't let you buy the items individually, darnit! I put the venue on my WL, but it's quite expensive and I don't know how many simpoints you have.

Dazzling Art Deco is such a very,very elegantly special Art Deco build!

You have captured the style so very well! Very nice exterior design of the home! Each outdoors areas look so very nice! The interior of the home is so very luxurious elegant! There are so many creative furnishing features in the hone! Very nice colour scheme!
It is such a very nice Art Deco home for sims to enjoy living in!

Simply stunning! Dazzling is the best word for this build. I am in awe of the white on white pallet. You have captured the feeling of art deco very well. I love the floor treatments so much, the carpets and the window treatments are so perfect. I also like your sparse use of color but when you did use it you choose perfectly. It's amazing.

@soocoolsim I'm so sorry it took me so long to get online!! Internet troubles and then irl I've just begun employment with an attorney's office so things got crazy!!
I am so taken aback by the beauty of this build!! You really did capture the art deco perfectly, along with exactly what I was looking for for this sim, which is different than my usual fare. So refreshing! I can't wait to get in the game and really explore it- I'm sure I'll have another comment to add to this after I do so! You were able to incorporate everything I asked for and then WAY more. This house is just so gorgeously stunning... the English language fails to adequately express it, and I'm not well versed enough in my other languages to express it in those, either!! The color palette is completely spot on- it's kept to what I really feel are the "colors of my sim" if that doesn't sound too odd of a phrase, but is so perfectly art deco in style. The patterns and pieces used make such a perfect match. I cannot imagine how much time you must have spent on this! The tiles, the walls, the decor... everything! Nothing was overlooked and I'm so excited to get in and play this! My sim may be "leader of the free world" but I don't know if he even deserves such a treasure!

Thank you so much, again, for doing this build. Sims is completely my escape, and sometimes I find building to be stressful so I'm so blessed to have people such as you who can really bring the magic out in this game for me!!

Modern Deception is such a very creatively designed home !

The design and layout of the build of the build looks so very great! Very nice landscaping work! The plants and trees through the outdoors look very great and the lilypad pond feature is very nice! The pool and the hot tub nook are very nice for sims to swim or relax in. Very nice furnishing of each area of the interior of the build!
Very nice design of the open plan kitchen, dining and living room! The large glass windows create such very nice light filled areas ! Sims will enjoy dining in the sunshine! The hidden areas of the build are so very creatively designed! They look so very futuristic! The hidden secret lair looks great! The nook area with the statues looks great! Very nice library room! The type of bookcase uses suits the home type well! Your designing and furnishing of each of the areas of the build looks so very creatively nice! The layout is designed so well!
It is a creatively unique home!

Such imagination! Love the launch pad and how the basement levels are coded the green, yellow and red! So very modern up above and so Alien down below! LOL It does indeed look like you had fun!

@soocoolsim I just got back from holiday trip, logged on the forum to see this magnificent build staring at me from the screen, of course I stared back with love bubbles over my head!

Wow! just Wow!. Its perfect! I don't know how you do it. The colors blend in so well with the theme of the build. I love the pool area and pond. The open sitting area, and the basement is made to order. What incredible imagination!

I am astounded. You are a fast builder, didn't expect its completion until after the weekend! I am sooo happy! I don't think I can give you enough credit for this build. I think its the best of your builds. Not because I requested it, but because it takes a lot of talent to just read an unusual request and do such fantastic work with it.

Hey! would you be up to doing a Man Cave----A real MAN CAVE, for a Werewolf that thinks he's a cat, until he runs into the notorious downtown KPCC!

I was thinking if you decide to go with the alien vampire theme that the Holodeck room would be a good place for him/her to brood and ponder their home world, lol.

Been there, done that re the cave. Check out my . Created it for a fairy tale theme many moons ago but you could potentially tweak and convert it for your werecat neighbour, heh heh

Lunar Lakes Tattoone Homestead is very creatively designed, built and furnished!

It suits Lunar Lakes very well! The exterior of the building and the layout of the exterior areas and the interior of the home looks very nice! Very nice water fountain feature! The design of it is very mice! Very nice furnishing of each area of the interior. The choice of types of furniture used suits the theme of rage home so well! The hidden gallery and hidden hobby and science room are very nice. The colourful floor prints in the nursery and playroom are a special touch there. It is great that there are chicken and cow nooks in the build. The alien plants /trees look nice in the build.
The build is a great home for Lunar Lakes!

Lunar Lakes Tatooine Homestead looks fantastic, futuristic and funtastic! You are amazing at these themed lots! You always make the kids rooms so fun and I love that guest bedroom and bath! Love the one pic where it looks like a gnome is swimming around in the fountains!

The Lunar Lakes Tatooine Homestead looks amazing! I can already see sims relaxing by the pool, watching the binary sunset or gathering in the kitchen to bake cookies and drink blue milk. And the master suite looks like an amazing place to relax after a long day of planning to go to Tosche Station to pick up power converters only to be attacked by Tusken Raiders.

Okay, enough with the Star Wars jokes

I absolutely love how you took inspiration from the movies and made it your own.

I never play in Lunar Lakes, but I think I might just have to and place this home down. Fantastic job!

Modern Deception is a Fantastic Home with gorgeous landscaping and some very cool secrets.

I love all the plants and greenery in the living and dining area. The underground levels are so cool. I love the yellow level. The study is gorgeous!

The Lunar Lakes Tatooine Homestead is another awesomely cool home. Love the futuristic feel both on the exterior, as well as the interior. So gorgeously decorated and furnished and I have to agree with romagi about the kids rooms. They're Adorable!
