      Granted, but everyone gets skeptical of how you suddenly got several billion dollars and end up assuming you stole it so you almost get locked in jail, but then you explained to them you wished for it, then they put you in the asylum instead.

      Granted, but you can't use that knowledge to make anyone or yourself immortal, nor tell anyone or write it anywhere. Which means you can't even prove you know it and everyone will think you're just making things up for attention.
