Sims 4 Neighbourhood Rotation (Pre-Mades) - Bheeda family

So I'm back! I started a with a bran new game about 6 months ago after messing up my previous game by installing the MC Command Centre and having all my sims marry random people and start popping babies out like mad!! (Totally my fault, did not check the settings beforehand!)
Basically I play the whole neighbourhood, playing each family for a week at a time.
The family I played recently is the Feng family, below is the current family tree plus a bit of background on each of the characters!
The original neighbourhood starts with Victor and Lily Feng, both very wealthy and living in a gorgeous apartment in San Myshuno. Their plan to take over the world by Victor becoming the National Leader never happened. Instead they focused on having a family.
They had two child, Frederico and Diamond. Frederico and Victor never had a close relationship, Victor was hoping for a son to follow in his footsteps in the political career, however he was more interested in his own career as a scientist. Frederico married Princess, who is the daughter of Alice and Eric Lewis. Back to them in a second.
Daughter Diamond had a great relationship with her father and joined the political, but was unable to get far in her career. She married Donnie Bheeda and therefore her status in the Feng family tree ended.
Back to Frederico and Princess, they ended moving out of the original Feng apartment, after issues with Victor grew. They moved to Willow Creek and had twins, Jamie and Joy Feng.
Joy married into the Zest family, ended her status in the Feng family tree.
Jamie married Riya (a townie) and they had three children. Logan and Liam, another set of twins. After several years, they had an unplanned pregnancy and Larissa Feng was born. Jamie works as a comedy club promoter and Riya is as one of the musicians at the club, which is how they met.
Logan and Liam are both at university, enjoying partying, drinking and meeting girls. Poor Larissa is missing her older brothers, so Jamie and Riya adopted a kitten for her to raise and look after, Kimber.
Plus Larissa aged up into a teenager!

Richards Family Tree
Gavin Richards starts in Oasis Springs, living with his best friends. He loved writing and became famous for his one hit story about love in the future, which was turned into a movie. From the success of this he married actress Ritu and they moved to an apartment in the city.
They had two children, Lacey and Christian.
Lacey was a party girl, using her dads fame to get her into all the parties and events, where she meet townie model Martin. They had two girls, Jade and Ashlyn, who are both married but are not part of the Richards family tree any more.
Christian married Everly Rocca, daughter of Paolo and Dina. Christian was very different to his sister, preferring to remain unknown in the celebrity world, moving to a home in Willow Creek, where they went on to have two children, Gemma and Ben.
Ben is married to Maisy Landgraab and they have son, Wyatt.
Gemma is the current household being played, she married townie Steve and will therefore continue the Richards family tree.
They just had a baby boy, named Owen.
Munch family tree
One of my biggest families is the Munch family tree, due to starting with 3 boys. For this post I'm focusing on the eldest boy, Gunther. Gunther married Maaike and they had one boy, Will.
Will married Arianna Jang, they had two children, Leo and Emilia. Emilia married into the Romeo family.
Leo married Erin Zest and they have two children, Theo and Ivy. Theo aged to a teenager while playing the current week, Leo and Erin both aged to adults.
Don't know why three of them have been so angry this week!!

Benali Family Tree
Salim Benali, the founder, married Miko Ojo. They had children Alexis and Toby and moved away from San Myshuno to find a house in Willow Creek. Both Alexis and Toby look so much like Miko!
Alexis married into the Le Chien family. Toby married Fleur, who is daughter of J Huntington III and Zoe Patel. They had sons, Alfie and Freddie, who are both just starting to have families.
Alfie married Kacey Romeo and Freddie married Lacey Rosa. Freddie and Lacey have one boy, Rufus. Alfie and Kacey have two girls, Louisa and Chantel.
Zest Family
Grandson of Johnny Zest and Candy Behr, Nathan Zest lives with wife, Joy, a charity organiser. Nathan is a body builder at the local gym. They have two sons, Carl is currently studying at university while Ethan has graduated and moved back into the family home with girlfriend Magdelena Pancakes.
The Rosa Family
Granddaughter of Jade Rosa is Christa Rosa, she married a townie, Matthew.
Christa is a genius when it comes to computers, she is also mean and a little bit of a loner, making her perfect to work in the computer business. She spends a lot of time alone at work, updating computer software systems. However when she comes home she loves chatting to her little boy Harrison.
Matthew works in the same office as Christa, meeting at the office Christmas party. It was love at first sight, he loved her attitude, and loved it even more when he realised just how un-flirty she was! Matthew is chatty and friendly, having lots of friends, he is also a genius, so loves debating theories with Christa in the evening while they watch documentaries.
Little Harrison is a handful, he is very clingy, especially with his dad. He cries for hours after he leaves for work. He's just learning to talk and seems to be taking after his father, becoming a bit of a chatterbox! He loves telling his mum all about his day when she comes back from work.

Rasoya family
Jamie Rasoya is the grandson of Raj and Summer Holiday. He lives in Oasis Springs with his wife, Mary and daughter Bailey. Jamie is the lead singer of band, JAQS. In his early twenties the band was very successful, however the band is currently on a break so they can all concentrate on their families. For now, Jamie is helping to raise his toddler daughter while giving music lessons at the local college.
Mary Rasoya is one of Malcolm Landgraabs six grandchildren and one of the last members of the Langraab family. With no male heir this will be the last generation to know a Landgraab member. Mary works in politics and is the aid to the president. As career begins to take off she is thankful Jamie is happy being a stay at home dad.
Bailey Rasoya looks just like her father but her personality takes after her mother, she is very independent. She likes to explore and learn things by herself, but at the end of the day she loves having either her mum or dad read her a bed time story.

The Zest Family
Carl Zest is the grandson of Johnny and Candy Behr. The Zest empire has grown over the years, taking over the Landgraab industry, which has been the goal of Zest family since the Johnny was kicked out of the Landgraab family over 80 years ago. Every member of the Zest family works within 'The Zest's' a large entertainment group, specialising in restaurants, bars and clubs. Carl works in the business side, mainly the finances.
Kallie Zest is the granddaughter of Don Lothario and Nina Lothario. Her family had it difficulties in the past, her father, Don's son, Peter, hated his father and moved out the family home straight after he left school. She never knew her grandfather but read about him a lot about him in the news, he was a famous football player.
Charles Zest is a handful of a toddler and also very cheeky! He loves playing in the garden, in the mud most of the time. This means bath time, which Charles loves, he loves splashing all the water out of the bath!

The Munch Family
Aiden Munch is the great-great grandson of Mila Munch an grandson of Lucas Munch. He is the middle child and currently lives with new wife Cheryl Villareal. He's just started his job, working in a local bar and a bar tender, he hopes to one day haves own bar.
Cheryl Munch is the granddaughter of Max Villareal but she doesn't take after him and his criminal ways. Aiden and Cheryl meet in the bar they both work at. Cheryl is a chef and works in the kitchen.
Also living with them is Cheryl's younger brother, Mason. He has just finished university and girlfriend Charlotte is still studying. While he waits for her to graduate he is searching for a job.
Do you do something similar?
@Kamio yeah I do something similar, I move the teenagers into a house together so they can meet each other and stuff. It's a nightmare though, so stressful!!
The Munch Family
Anderson Munch is the grandson of Wolfgang Munch and Morgan Fyres. He is a keen gamer and works in a game development company, which takes up a lot of his time but he manages to work at home sometimes to look after daughter, Emmy.
Charity Munch is the granddaughter of Max Villareal and Elsa Bjergsen. She is a twin with Cheryl who we played with in the last update. They aren't that close, considering they are twins. At school Charity was the rebel child, taking after her grandfather, whereas Cheryl was the clever twin, always studying.
Now Charity works as a waitress, she doesn't enjoy working and isn't very career orientataed. Luckily she married into money and doesn't actually need to work, she just prefers to get out of the house and have some peace away from Emmy. Charity isn't very maternal.
Emmy Munch is a toddler in this play, but aged to a child at the end of the week. As a toodler she was very independent, preferring to spend time by herself, although she did love when her dad stayed home and she didn't have to go to daycare.

Mike Munch is the twin of Anderson (see previous post) and has just moved into his own house, next door to his brother. They are both very competitive with one another, so Mike had the place totally refurbished before moving in.
Rossini Lobo is the granddaughter of Grayson Lobo. She just finished university and moved in with boyfriend Mike. She is currently looking for a job after gaining her degree in computer engineering. Mike and Rossini just got engaged!
Who's house is bigger, who's car is better, who has the investment property, who's kids are smarter. As an adult now with a sister in law who is trying to compete coz her kid is going to be in the same year as mine, I laugh and don't engage. No way I'm spending my life doing that
Oh she's really smart is she? Oh and she's walking faster than my daughter did AND potty trained when mine isn't? Aaw that's so awesome for you guys. Congrats.
My husband does the same thing. She hates it

@kamio wow I'm not competitive at all! Competitive people make me so nervous! There's a 4 year age difference between me and my brother, so we were never competitive growing up.
The Zest Family
Noah Zest is the eldest grandson of Johnny Zest and Candy Behr. They live in the original house that Johnny Zest started in but it has since been extended and modernised, no longer looking like a trailer. Noah gained his grandfather's creative talent but in painting, selling the odd masterpiece to the local gallery in the past.
Erika Zest is a townie, her and Noah met at a gallery opening where she was the entertainment for the evening and Noah had a few paintings being displayed. Since then they have had three children, eldest daughter Mia is currently at university.
Bridget Zest has just aged into a teenager, since a young age she has always wanted a kitten. For her birthday, her parents surprised her with Mitten, a rescue cat.
Seth Zest is the youngest of the family and is a nightmare toddler! He is very fussy and is never happy, he does have a soft spot for his sister though, she always reads him his bedtime story.
The Romeo Family
Duncan Romeo is the eldest grandson of Sergio Romeo and Siobhan Fyres. Although Sergio and Siobhan had normal lives and jobs, they were well known in the Sim World for being the paragon power couple. They were hoping, Cameron, their son and Duncan's father would carry on this legacy, but he was more interested in gardening and spending time outside than fashion and being popular.
Because of this Cameron moved out of the Fyres mansion as soon as he finished school, leaving his sister Tiffany to take over the Paragons. Duncan's childhood was carefree and fun, the lived in a small house on the outskirts of Oasis Springs. He now lives there with his wife and three girls.
Emilia Romeo is the granddaughter of Gunther Munch, her and Duncan met at a creative art class, where Emilia teaches. They now have three young girls, toddler, Lila. Eldest Aurora and then middle child Ana are both children.
The Benali Family
Freddie Benali is the grandson of Salim Benali and Miko Ojo. Salim started out as a struggling writer, but with Miko's help his laziness he managed to start a successful blog about video gaming. This earns them enough money to buy a house outside of the city and start a family. Freddie works with the government, using his computer skills passed down from his grandfather. Its a very secretive job, but office based, meaning he can spend time at home helping to raise his two boys.
Lexie Benali is the granddaughter of Jade Rosa and townie Wade. Jade was always carefree and ended up being a single mum raising twins with little money. Because of this, Kane, Jade's son and Lexie's father worked from a young age saving money to buy a house in Oasis Springs. Lexie is a writer of murder mystery novels but is struggling to meet deadlines at the moment raising two toddlers!
This is the house that Freddie and Lexie now live in, with boys Rufus and Jonathan.
The Romeo Family
Back with the Romeo family (see the second last post). This time we are with Tiffany's side of the family (Sergio and Siobhan's daughter).
Abel Romeo is the only son of Tiffany Romeo, she become leader of the Paragons, taking control from her parents who made the club the club to be a member of. Tiffany had daughter, Hannah who stayed in the original Fyres mansion. Abel moved out, although he used to be a member of the Paragons, he is now the leader of the gaming club to tie in with his career.
Jade Romeo is one of the granddaughters of Gavin Richards. They live in the Richards family home, although Jade and Abel are saving to move somewhere bigger to fit them and the three girls!
The three girls are, Amara then twins, Jessica and Jennifer.

This week was just a normal week for us, the Faust family. Maddox really wants a promotion so he's been working extra hard this week to make sure he has all the skills, I'm so proud of him for getting to senior manager.
As for myself, I'm struggling to get started on my new book, even the pressure of deadlines doesn't help inspire me to write, there's just so much else to do!
Luckily Eddie and Grace are both children now, so they can keep each other company, they get on so well.
I took a trip to my sisters house during the week, anything to avoid staring at the computer screen! Maybe a break will give me time to think. Alessia is my best friend, we're so close and luckily she lives just the other side of Windenburg. Also in the house were her twin boys, Antony and Andrew.
Young Eddie asked if he could go to the park Saturday, he's not the best with strangers so I encouraged him to go and meet new friends, although he doesn't seem too impressed by them! He did make a friend with a cat though, he's such an animal lover!!
On Sunday, Eddie celebrated his birthday and aged to a teenager, time is flying by, feels like only yesterday I was bringing him back from the hospital as a baby!!

The Villareal Family

Life is so exciting right now, I recently moved into my first house with girlfriend, Sofia Pancake. She is currently studying her last years at university, whereas I just got my first job as a police officer. I'm so nervous, the morning before work I make I get a quick jog and have a hearty breakfast. I'm sure I going to have a very busy first day!
Why am I so nervous? The first few days involved a lot of learning procedures to follow, taking online tests, updating filing and taking photos of evidence at crime scenes. My first case was a robbery at a local bar, I come here regularly so was happy to help find the criminals who did this.
My most nerve wracking task was at the end of the week, I was given some evidence samples to test that I really didn't want to mess up, otherwise I might destroy it and let the criminal get away with it. Luckily I managed to find some DNA in the sample, so we are currently searching for the suspect. I also had to take fingerprints of this older women, who was actually really pretty, which made me very nervous. I think she was definitely flirting with me at one point, but don't tell Sofia, she gets very jealous!
At the end of my first week, my younger brother Jason came over for a few beers and to watch the football game. Overall I had an exciting first week in my new job, fingers crossed I earn a promotion soon.

The Pancake Family

Hi, I'm Sofia Pancake, I just moved into a new house with my boyfriend Jason Villareal. I am getting very homesick, my parents home there were 5 of us children, so going from a house of 7 to a house of 2 is making me feeling very lonely.
So I decided to pay a visit to my parents house and watched a film with my sisters, Everly and Sadie and little brother Silas.
It was so nice to see them, I told Jason all about it and asked how work was going, he recently got a job as a police officer. Over the weekend he helped me with some of my final projects to finish school. Soon I will age up to a young adult and have to get a job too.
