This guy gave me the creeps. All the sims in the household were sleeping and I decided to have a look around the quiet neighbourhood when this creepy llama psycho appeared.

So this just happened in my household. I had a wedding at the house and everybody turned up in formal attire, apart from this lady, that is. I laughed so hard she distracted me from watching most of the ceremony.
She's like "Whaaaaaaaat? I'm only here for the cake!"
She makes some of the other sims' idea of formal attire look stylish!
After I installed CV a lot of Sims switch to random "costumes" (random hats, gloves etc) a lot. They're not actual outfits. I suspect it has to do with festivals.
I have MCCC installed, but didn't have the Dresser module added until earlier this week, that gets rid of the crazy festival outfits. I don't know what happened at this wedding. My sims themselves changed from their pajamas to their everyday attire so I changed them myself into their formal. All the guests minus that lady were dressed in formal attire, or what their interpretation of formal attire is anyway. She was a townie, some of the guests were my own sims or gallery sims and were dressed properly. I should know better than to invite townies to weddings.

I really wish they'd release a fix for whatever broke and caused this because I've heard MCCC Dresser only does so much, doesn't stop the (poorly chosen) random outfits.
@motleydream I second that. I jumped back in the other day all excited because I got the Toddler Pack for my birthday... and remembered the weird issues this game has.
Honestly, I have no words for this. So much for costumes won't show up randomly... I now have Darth Vader in my game, apparently. In reality, it's Caleb Vatore and I have no idea what is actually going on.

Part of this shows that if we had more hats, they might not double up like this. Hat choice is pathetic.
