My friends have encouraged me to share my builds all in one place. So here I am. I was pretty surprised as I was getting everything ready just how many lots I've built in the past 8 months. So, gonna be posting a lot all at once, then hopefully I'll actually keep posting. I hope someone actually sees this and enjoys my work. Thanks.

So, my first share is a small park called Green Glen. I built it to put next door to my Sim Jarvis while playing Sunlit Tides. I love the ambiance of the world, but getting around takes a lot of time, so being able to just walk next door to find friends and shake that "Stir crazy" moodlet seemed like a good idea. It really worked out well.
Because my families always have pets I try to make sure my parks at least have the basics of food, toys and a scratching post.
So here is Green Glen link
A cozy little neighborhood park that manages to fit in a variety of activities for the whole family, including your furry friends. So come spend a day, and why not stay into the evening next to a warm fire?

This is a customized version of the Romper Recreation Playground from Generations. I replaced the faux merry-go-round with a World of Wonder merry-go-round and recolored it to match the park. Other changes include extensive rework of the inlaid path to enhance the merry-go-round’s presence and the addition of a horseshoe court for older visitors and WoW cotton candy and popcorn machines.

This wedding venue is the perfect complement/neighbor to the Stones Throw Greenhouse, or wonderful on its own. With room for 24 guests (plus the happy couple) it includes an outdoor chapel area, greenhouse dining, a bandstand with a dance floor and full bar and finally a hot air balloon for special photo ops.

The Cowboy and the Mermaid
A New Lease Warehouse Club link
When new owners took over The Cannery in Riverview they gave it a major upgrade; including a full kitchen, a fully stocked bar, a performance/dance area and a steamy hot tub out back. They truly gave this locale a "new lease" on life.
There are a lot of shots of this lot due to its unusual form of being so long and slender and having so many different "zones."
The first floor has a traditional bar, a full service kitchen, a dining area, a performance area for local bands, a dance floor and an area just to hang with friends.
The second floor is a wrap-around balcony with subdued lighting for more intimate moments and a couple bubble bars. (Plus the necessary plumbing for those moments that come with lots of fluid intake.)

Ouch! I joke around all the time with friends about how I carry my 17" laptop around the house complete with power brick and cord, wireless trackball and whatever else. I always insure my electronics for drops and spills, but do realize that the down time waiting for it to get repaired would really be plums.
Thanks for the compliments and I'm glad you enjoy my work. I hope it isn't too long before you get to enjoy it in game.

The Cowboy and the Mermaid
Really nice work on show here, each lot has all the facilities you would want, and I especially like that include elements for our animal friends as well.
I particularly like the way you've really pepped up the Cannery to make it a "go-to" location and the wedding venue has a lovely "organic" feel to it which makes it a great alternative to a church-based wedding venue.

This is actually just a few of the builds that are already done. As I've mentioned, I was pleasantly shocked at how many I have done this past year. I spent the past couple days organizing them; loading them all into the same town; taking screen shots; getting them loaded to the Exchange. I'm actually having trouble getting some lots loaded up to the Exchange. This is not entirely random since it is the same lots consistently. For those I will be using a hosting site and the links will lead there. I will always say when the link leads off of EA sites.
If anyone has had similar trouble and has any tips I'd be grateful to hear them.

Making good use of a relatively small space this contemporary home is a perfect fit for a young couple who likes to entertain. With a spacious kitchen and plenty of seating throughout the open floor plan, including the full service bar. And if the party gets too big for inside then it can spill out to the pool and hot tub tucked into the cozy yard.
And, when they aren’t entertaining, the master bedroom and upper balcony have plenty of amenities for personal time, including a media area, outdoor lounging and the opportunity to enjoy some city gardening.

Keeping to its roots in Prohibition, Shoots and Scores still runs illicit gaming in the exclusive basement, while running a *legitimate* sports bar as a cover. But even the customers watching the game upstairs can put a bet on the spread if they know who to ask.
This build was for the Den of Vice & Iniquity Building Competition run by @ajaxpost.
Besides the usual foosball and pinball in the upper bar, the casino offers betting tables and slot machines, along with plenty of televisions to keep track of whatever games or races you have a vested interest in. Whatever charm is lacking upstairs is more than compensated for downstairs with classic style throughout, including a luxurious powder room for the ladies. Gents, not being so concerned with the finer things, have a slightly less elaborate facility.
If you're thirsty you can grab a drink at the bar, or if you need some nibbles you can order from the menu.
And in the case of a raid, just cut out through the kitchen and up the ladder into the hidden exit in the back woods.
An exterior shot: Plenty of trees and shrubs to hide the back escape from the casino. And, yes, the billboard is part of the property.
The casino, with the dining and restrooms to the left. The lighting in the casino is a subdued shade of blue to keep the mood cool even when the action gets hot.
A reverse view, this time with a clearer view of the commercial kitchen featuring the It's Business Time Industrial Oven. A couple of the dining tables have been reserved with menus for those Sims who want to eat. A third table has been left, along with the seats at the bar, for those choosing to drink their calories.

I built this lot to provide my cooking/gardening Simself an alternative to container gardening in Bridgeport. A small community garden and social area with a variety of garden plants and spawners. The shots below show it placed in the middle of an empty space, but it was designed to be tucked into any small lot within the urban setting.
A restroom and kitchenette in the cozy shelter
It also includes a couple kiddy rides and grills to keep the rest of the family busy while you garden. As with most of my community lots, I've included the basics for our small furry friends as well.
And in the back corner is a convenient small pond to snag some fish for fertilizing the crops.
