Custom World Referrals?

I'm looking for a small-medium world that has it all. And I mean "it all". Has anyone found a world that fits this description? I don't really care about landscape, and I'm too lazy to do CAW myself... although I'm considering it. I want to be able to have all the features of the game, with less lag from the world due to its size. Maybe the content is causing my lag, I'm not sure, but I would generally like a small to medium world regardless ("irregardless"?). Thanks in advance!

You haven't really defined "it all" very well, but generally speaking if we mean all EP (and EA store?) content crammed into a smallish world then that would be impossible. There are some larger worlds that are pretty inclusive. But think about real life towns for a moment -- in how many places can you realistically go surfing and deep sea diving, ride horses, visit or run a farm, hit the nightclubs, pursue a singing career, go sledding and ice skating, press wine at a "nectary," go shopping for robots, ride a roller coaster and then a gondola, gamble at a casino, practice your archery, explore pyramids, go bowling, mingle with the mostly supernatural population (okay, this one is a bit more far-fetched), dine out at bistros, shop at bakeries, etc. all without leaving town?

And great, now see what you have done to one of our finest world developers just above. :p

The NRaas Traveler mod offers another alternative. What many of us do is play connected worlds so that our sims can experience everything we want them to by vacationing or moving to these other worlds all within the same ongoing game save.

*facepalm* My bad, you guys. Should have thought this out a little better! Also special apologies to @Rflong7 *pokes* I hope you'll be okay.

Once again, @Igazor you have the perfect solution with using the Traveler mod. So I guess I should just rephrase what I would like!

A nice hometown, that is small-medium (any content, cc or store, or none!) that has everything a town needs to run (Town Hall, General Store, Library, etc). So now that Traveler has been brought up, I guess almost anything will do! I would just like some recommendations for small-medium worlds at this point. :p

Edit: That is known to run smoothly (in general).

Can't say I've tested most of these out myself, but here is page full of NRaas member favorites. Some of them of course are specially focused, like the small resort towns, some have no roads, etc., but the others as described might be worth browsing through as well as other worlds by the developers featured on the list while you're there already. :)

With Photobucket changing all the pictures, I have no suggestions for small worlds. :(

I've got a link in my signature to my blog where I linked downloads to the worlds bundle with three worlds I made with CAW.Gibsons would be a great option with room for everything to be added to it and it's unpopulated.
