I am going to be moving this thread and making one more organized, better pictures, more in depth detail of lots and sims. I will also be creating a blog on wix to accompany this showcase
This lovely home is small but, cozy and believe it or not is big enough for a max of 4 sims. So here is a little bit about the house
-3BR 1.5B
-1 car parking (in garage)
-No t.v's, computers, or stereos
-It is tiny so any more than 4 sims and things are going to get cramped
-Unless you have a 2 sim household pets in this house are not advised
-It has a decent sized backyard for expansion if your sim wishes to expand and do some remodeling
-It's pretty basic but, perfect for that technophobe sim(s) of yours
UPDATE:: I am going to be uploading everything to my mediafire because, my S3 studio is not working the way it should, I don't know if on your guys' end you can see my uploads but, on my end I'm only showing 3 uploads and I have attempted to upload at least 5 or 6 creations now. So from here on out all of my lots/sims/pets etc will be on mediafire and I will be providing a link to each and every upload I share. I do greatly apologize if this is of any trouble.
The exterior design of The Old School looks very nice! The windows look very nice how they are placed in the build. Very nice two storey windows alcove! Sims will enjoy paunting on the easel with sunshine coming through the windows. The furnishing of the interior of the home looks very nice! Nice open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and living room areas. The blue and brown colour scheme looks very nice. The wall pattern and the wooden texture of the furnishings looks very nice together. Very nice nursery room. The Knights and dragon picture looks great on the wall and the blue floral wall pattern is nice. Very nice yellow and blue colour scheme of the kids bedroom. The unicorn picture is pretty there! They will enjoy cooking on the toy stove. Very nice windows chess nook in the hallway for sims to enjoy looking outdoors at the views whilst having fun playing chess. The plant is a nice touch of nature in the master bedroom. Very nice flooring texture used in the rooms of the home.
The home is very nice !

As you an see the library is designed very different than the rest of the house and that is because instead of the "Beast" giving the library to Belle, I made a little story line that her father had given this small basement (library) to her after her mother passed and so Belle did not want to change anything about it as it was her mother's and that is why it is so different than the rest of the house.
I seen the trailer for "American Satan" featuring Andy Black and as a fan of Black Veil Brides I was immediately inspired so I began building this beauty "House of Rock" I have to leave for work soon though so I won't be able to do much more until tonight..ugh I wish it was the weekend.
Nice cozy houses. You have your car inside your garage. INSIDE YOUR GARAGE! So I don't understand garages. I just bought the biggest house in the game for 175k (I don't cheat), it has a garage, and a red car always outside the garage.
What's the point of my big garage if it's never used? The car is always outside. I mean if there is no point, might as well build something else where the garage is, which is just a useless empty room for now. I never cared for cars, they seem useless to me as well. When I tell any sim to go to other lots, they go anyway, they catch a cab or a bus or a bicycle or even walk or catch a random car, so I don't see the point in cars, I don't know if I own or not cars, makes no difference to me, garages even less. My garage is always empty because this red car is always outside. I suppose the car is mine, came with the house when i bought it? Not sure, my sims go to work or anywhere anyway, on their own, I never worried about cars.
Also, I can't post on this forum, maybe because I just registered? How many comments do I need to post until I can post my own post?
Hi Ashlee, love your creations! A lot of simmers have had difficulty with MediaFire deleting their uploads. There is a free hosting site for simmers called simfileshare.net and here is a code if you would like an account:
Belle is very pretty! Her traits are very nice and suit her well. Her home , Enchanting Beauty, is very nice! The blue colour of the exterior gives a nice look to the home. The flower box beside the front door , and the flowers along the edges of the front porch and the edges of the pond look so very pretty! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The purple colour of the walls looks very pretty! She would enjoy sketching on the table in her bedroom. Very nice corner sitting nook in the living room for her to relax and watch tv. Very nice study desk nook for her to enjoy sitting at the table using the computer. The mirrors are a nice touch in the side wall.Very nice basement library. It is special that her Dad gave it to her after the passing away of her mother. She would enjoy sitting resting on the sofas reading a book from the bookcases.
Belle and her home are very nice!

I'm not sure how many posts you have to have until you can post however, in response to your garage though you can always transform the garage into an indoor gym or if you have Ambitions you can make it a workshop? Those would be something you could do. I haven't played an actual game in so long but I want to do the legacy challenge once I'm finished building in Victoria Isles

Thank you! I agree that this suits her well. I love Beauty and the Beast and wanted to do a little home dedicated to my favorite disney lady. I'm excited to start playing in this town once the building is done.
Hello @FluffyFunnyBunny
There is usually a blue new discussion button at the top right hand side of the screen in the forum sections. But new discussion threads have been restricted for new members. You are unable to start a new thread until you become a full member. This has been brought in as a result of spambots.
You need to have 50 points and 30 posts before you can become a full member and can then post pictures, have a signature, start new threads, edit posts , post links that show up correctly and change your profile picture. This thread explains about it. http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/770609/member-or-new-member-everything-you-need-to-know

Hi, thx, I figured as much. 30 posts until I become a full member... That would take me a long time lol. Look at you, and your more than 100,000 posts, all your shiny badges wow! Since 2011. You forum πΈπΈπΈπΈ you.

Omg why does my formatting get lost when I quote someone but your quotes are perfect... Master, I don't have Ambitions, I'm assuming that is an expansion, I only have the original Sims 3. I already have an indoor gym on the 2nd floor, was there when I bought the house.
Anyway, so you confirm there is no point to the garage, it's just a waste of space in the game, it serves no purpose, has no in-game mechanic. Yesterday during the night, I opened the garage door. Guess what, still nothing new happened lol the car was still always oustide.
As such, maybe I can build other rooms where the garage is, make that space more useful. Can't think of anything useful because I already have everything, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, gym, office, you name it, but I'll think of something, anything is better than nothing.
House of Rock looks great ! Very nice exterior of the home! Nice front porch area for sims to enjoy sittimg on the seat bench outdoors in the air. The layout of the interior is very nice! The basement level is great! It is great that there is a tattooo studio there. The indoor pool room is great for sims to enjoy swimming in the pool. Very nice design of the bedrooms. The bookcases look nice placed either sides of the master bedroom, and the single bed looks nice placed into the corner nook. Nice living room sitting area for sims to enjoy resting there watching tv. The type of curtains used in the kitchen looks very nice,,
It is a very nice home
Tree Top Salon is very nice! Very nice layout and design of the build! The tree and the flowers look very nice and are pretty! Very nice upper balcony ! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the seating there, looking out at the views. Sims will enjoy using the styling stations in the salon. The blue colour of the walls gives a very nice look and feel to the salon. Nice sofa seat resting area. The plant is a nice touch of nature in the corner nook.
It is a very nice salon
Hey guys has anyone downloaded my lots and if so how are they working for you in-game? Also if anyone on here has a showcase feel free to leave a link on my profile I would love to see what other people build!
With the beauty standards being set for women in our present day society, I wanted to make a sim who is outside of those standards yet is still beautiful not from just outside appearance but from inside appearance and attitude + ambition as well. So my fellow simming community I introduce you all to Leslie Kidd and her fur baby Albany.
Leslie is a business woman and she is quite ambitious. She is not yet married or in a relationship but, those things are of little concern to Leslie as her career and future goals are what she is truly aiming to achieve in her young adulthood life. She appreciates a good book, is hard working, and always seems to have the best outcomes. She lives with a positive attitude and encourages other young women in her community to accept everything about their body, personality, and over all character and say "bye-bye" to typical societal standards for young women of the modern day.
Leslie is very nice It was nice reading the background details that you wrote about her. You have put a lot of thought into designing the sim and her details, Her purple and black hair is a nice touch,
Albany is very cute! The coat patterning looks very nice.
