The exterior design of Winscott Family Home is very nice! The layout looks great! The brick and the white siding wall texture look very nice together. Very nice front nook entrance to the home. The flowers either sides of this nook and in the front areas of the home look very pretty! It is great that there is a garage in the home. The pool and outdoors dining patio is very nice for sims to enjoy being outdoors swiming, and eating meals in the outdoors air. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The design of the kitchen and dining areas looks very nice! The island bar stool counter is greatn and it looks nice the kitchen counters have been placed, going around the corner. The yellow flowers on the dining table are sunny for sims to see when eating a meal. Very nice living room areas. It is nice that there is a fireplace area for sims to enjoy sitting in front of the fire reading a book. They will resting on the sofa watching tv . Nice windows chess nook for sims to,enjoy playing chess in the sunlight coming in through the windows. Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms! The study desk nooks in the bedrooms look great! The strings of photos on the windows behind the double bed is a nice touch. The animal wall pictures and animal chair in the toddlers room ,are very cute! Very nice walk in dressing room off from the master bedroom sleeping area.
It is a very nice family home!
Note: This is again an older build so the furnishing is umm... questionable at times.

The exterior design of Hilltop Housing looks very nice! Very nice roofing and the front patio is very nice! The wall textures look nice together. The flowe box windows and flowers along the edges of the home look very pretty ! Very nice outdoor dining nook! . Sims will enjoy cooking meals and eating outdoors at the umbrella covered dining table in the sunshine. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the home! The living room area is very nice for Sims to enjoy resting on the blue sofa watching tv or reading a book. The sunflowers wall picture is a sunny touch. Nice windows chess nook for sims to have fun playing chess whilst looking outdoors at the views. The books and plants on the dining table and shoes rack near the door are homely touches. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The colour schemes look very nice. The wall decor add very nice and special looks to the bedroom walls. The design of the kitchen nook is very nice. The brick wall texture looks great! Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in through the kitchen windows whilst cooking a meal. The sitting area off from the kitchen is very nice! The flowers look so pretty there!

Oaksworth is a very nice family home! The roofing and dorners look great! The open shutter flower box windows and the rocks lined flowers along the edges of the home look pretty! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The clothes and shoes racks closet looks great! It is a nice homely touch. The furnishing of the bedrooms looks very nice! The pink teddies in the toddlers room are cute! The butteflies are pretty on the wall. The blue colour scheme of the boys bedroom looks great and the posters and wall decor give a great look to the room. Very nice study desk area in the master bedroom. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or reading a book from the bookcase. Very nice design of the kitchen! The brown kitchen cabinets and white brick wall texture look very nice together.

The modern exterior design of Jasmine Springs - Modem is very nice! The balconies look great! Very nice layout of the build! The flower and plant beds in the front areas of the build look very nice. Very nice outdoors living, dining and pool patio! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool, and enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the umbrella table in the outdoors air. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of the kitchen looks very nice! The white cabinets look very nice how they are placed on the kitchen walls and the long bar stool counter looks great! Very nice breakfast nook! Sims will enjoy eating meals there. The kitchen wall pattern gives a very nice look to the room. The dining room is very nice! The modern style of seats and the glass dining table looks. The flowers on the table and the picture on the wall are nice for sims to look at when dining there, Very nice fireplace sitting nook for Sims to enjoy resting on the stools in front of the fire. The cherry blossom picture is pretty on the wall. The sofa and armchairs sitting area in the living room is very nice! Sims will enjoy relaxing there watching tv and listening to radio music. Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms! The colour schemes are very nice! The bedhead wall area in the bedrooms look very nice! The butterflies pictures, posters, and animal pictures look great in the bedhead areas.

Rust and Rivets is a very nice industrial style park! Very nice layout and design of the park! Each of the areas in the park look great! The plants, trees, flowers, rocks and greenery through the park looks very nice! It looks great how the pathways have been designed. Nice bonfire area. Sims will enjoy sitting nearby keeping warn by the fire. They will enjoy fishing in the pond. The exterior design of the buildings looks great! Very nice roofing! The greenery is a nice touch on the exterior walls, and the type of windows used suits the type of build. The brick texture of the interior walls looks great! The piping adds to the great industrial feel of the park. Sims will enjoy playing chess and using the bubbles machine. Very nice outdoors dining area! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the grill and eating the food at the picnic tables in the sunshine. Kids will have fun playing on the spaceship! Very nice gazebo ! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools there having a drink from the bar. Sims will have fun playing basketball on the court there, or sitting on the seat bench watching other simmers playing a game,
Sims will enjoy visiting the Park!
