I have never made a request for anything before and a builder player friend of mine directed me here so would someone be so kind as to let me know what I have to do to place a request please..

Please list the Dr. Pepper and T-Mobile promotional items that can be used (Sims 3):I do not have the Free Dr Pepper or T-Mobile content
If you will be placing this lot in an EA world, which one? Island Paradise in place of sparkling sands resort
Link to specific building or plan: no but would like to discuss if possible
Special requirements (subway, parking, registers, etc.)? the usual resort requirements for the lot, defo a nightclub and bar, amusements arcade, surf's up wave machine, casino, spa facilities etc..
Is communication required before the builder begins work? no but would like to discuss ideas
Additional instructions? I would like the resort tower underground and the feel of the place to be like a water park with nightclubs, swimming areas and lots of fun things to do but keep it to the style of the island with great views towards the public beach areas at the back of the lot.

@SPARKY1922 The creators here are absolutely AMAZING and have taken on and produced some crazy awesome monster builds so I have no doubt that someone will claim it and you will be beyond happy with the result
Thank you I am such a terrible builder it's shameful lol I love IP and normally I would make do but I have managed to design and add some beautiful player made lots into the world and all that's left is that ugly not really in keeping with the theme sparkling sands resort-) I love your Avi very beautiful and colorful

Hi! I've updated your request. In regards to your community lot, we'll need to finish the request you have for the apartment first. I'll keep track of this lot request, and once the apartment is complete I'll add it to the Open Requests.
The other option you have is to place the apartment as the back up request and let us add the gym in its place. Let me know what you'd like to do.

Called = Home under the dome
Lot size = 64-64 (built on the lot you asked)
Discription = luna Lakes / Into the future home. you will require the world luna lakes for this lot as used the dome. the residental lot has 4 bedrooms all en suit = master, guest, nursery, kids bunk room. thes a playroom, lounge, kitchen dinner , study. and basments full of skill related rooms. the grounds have a large growing garden, pool patio, kids play area and more.

Right above the rules you will find different links and one of those is "Request Forms". If you click on that it will take you here:
