My only interest in it is the build mode stuff. I'll be waiting for a sale if I get it at all
I've only played around a bit. I haven't explored all the options yet. Just a couple of gameplay features and buy mode items. If you don't really care for the parenthood gameplay, then yeah, it'd be better to get it on sale.
