Before building the yacht, I thought about the Crew, and how they can look after Mr Parsons and his family, without always being in the main areas, therefore there are stairs and passages and even a secret door are for the crew to move around the ship with ease,
there are also small kitchen/bar areas so they dont have to go far to serve refreshments!
during playtesting I hired a chef, mixologist, massage therapist, DJ headliner, Pianist, a Butler and a Nanny!
Villamoura Yacht is HUGE ! The Lower deck there is a Games room, with adjoining Karaoke, a Dance floor with booth, Bowling alley, with other traditional games, a Sauna and massage room, a glass bottom floor a VIP dining room, the butlers room with en-suite
2 children's rooms with bathroom, and a double room with ensuite.
The Entry deck, the main entrance to the yacht
has a lounge area with Piano, doors to a Movie room, a double staircase leading up to the main deck
double doors lead to 3 further bedrooms with ensuite and a lounge/library area.
The Main deck
atop the double staircase leads to a Large dining area with bar, buffet table and doors to the kitchen,
to the left is doors up to the Master suite, and to the gym/shower room and main outside deck, with a hot tub. the stairs on this level lead to the sun deck on the Upper deck
The Upper deck
This floor hosts the master suite, with its own private upper deck, it also hosts the Crew areas, a twin room with bathroom and a rear social deck.
The Bridge
the captain's area, a place to control the Yacht as it glides across the sea! The Captain has his own room and bathroom, on this floor too.
I will repost here what I wrote on the challenge thread
Villamoura looks a very glamourous Yacht build! Very grand design of the exterior of the yacht! The white colour of the ship gives a very nice look to the build. Each of the levels look and sound very nice! It is such a detailed build! Very nice outdoes deck areas. Sims will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub, or enjoy having a restful foot or hand massage whilst sitting on the massage chairs. Very nice upper deck bar nook! Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables or on the stools, having a drink from the bar. Very nice sofa and amchairs sitting and drinking nook. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there , having a cup of coffee or a drink from the globe bar whilst reading a book. The drinks display wall shelves look great there. The gaming room is great! Sims will have fun playing chess, card table games, darts and going bowling there! Very nice colour schemes of the bedrooms! The black and gold colour scheme of one of the bedrooms looks very elegant! The bedhead wall pattern gives a very nice look to the room. The drinks tray, drinks bucket and beauty products are nice touches in the other bedroom. The entrance deck areas are very nice. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel in the sea air, and enjoy sitting in the sunshine having a drink from the bar. Sims will enjoy playing chess there.
It is a very grand yacht!
It was very nice seeing the extra photos that you have posted here. There are so many special feature areas and activities for sims to enjoy doing on the yacht ! Very elegantly nice dining areas! Sims will have fun dancing to the dj booth music! Very nice arcade machine and large screen tv room! Sims will enjoy playing console games there and having a snack at the same time. Very nice large screen theatre room!
Sorry for the delay in replying @rosemow I went away at the weekend, and have been in work an extra day as well this week!
the time you take to post to people is so very thoughtful, and I love seeing you pop up here, So Thank you x
I am glad you enjoyed the extra photos on here, as I posted them I wondered if you would enjoy them
Almost 6m of not posting in my showcase thread! Sorry
I have been busy building and playing I've also moved house in RL and joined the Body shop at home as a consultant, alongside my day job and we have had the builders in . . .
I most definitely prefer Sims decorating/building - no mess!! and there's motherload too lol
Most of the Sim buildings are on the QC build challenge threads here on the forum, I
love doing these as they focus my build and push me out of my comfort zone,
but I really Love "flipping" houses/community lots, and I also like the renovation projects that can e found on the gallery/forums and blogs!
I know Ive managed a couple of long legacy type plays in the last few months too,
I am looking forward to some more Sim time in 2018, I hope you are too.
I am going to have a look through my builds and screenshots and see if I can find a few to share with you, from the last few months.

Just completed, a Coastal Spa for Brindleton Bay. ( place on the tails end lot)
Your builds are very nice ! I have been enjoying seeing them on the QC Challenge threads. I have posted about them there so I won’t post again here but just wanted to say that each of them has been designed so well!
It is great to see you back simming and building again! Welcome back!
Stay n Play is a very nice community venue for Sims families to enjoy visiting! There are lots of fun and enjoyable activities for Sims to enjoy doing there! The orange colour of the front picket fencing and the colourful balloons are a nice cheerful touch. Very nice layout of the interior! Sims will have enjoy playing arcade games or the battle station game in one of the venue areas, and it is great that there is a study desk area for kids to do their homework at the tables. Very nice toddlers area for them to have fun playing in the balls pit , on the slide or having fun with the cute large toys! Sims will enjoy playing the llama table top game. Very nice kitchenette nook, for Sims to enjoy cooking and eating a meal, or having a snack. Very nice area with the row of colourful toy boxes. Sims will have fun playing with the toys, enjoy using the puppet theatre, and enjoy doing building on the builds blocks table. They will enjoy resting on the cushions reading a book. The floor patterning looks very nice. Very nice outdoors area for Sims to enjoy playing in the tunnels, on the swings and the space ship, or on the monkey bars.
It is a very colourfully nice build, with lots of fun activities to do!

This Yacht was built for Mason Parsons, for the QC monthly Challenge here on the forums.
Morgan shares it with his long time friend Captain Morgan, his Sister Anya Martinez and her husband and children
(a story of whom I shall be doing next)
