It's not an apartment, although, well, maybe - it's a penthouse restaurant with an apartment for the owners.
Like I said, I have another restaurant to share
Lemongrass Lunchbar
Restaurant, 30x20, $117.618. Packs used: GTW, GT, CL, SD, DO, LP, PP, CK, MH, RG, KR, BY. NoCC, MOO, debug, playtested (can be placed without activating MOO).
A very cheerful, colourful rooftop restaurant with a fully vegetarian menu. The dining spots are outside and can seat 2-8 Sims, there are 7 tables total. The “roof” of the restaurant is made of a grid covered in lush green bushes with the occasional colourful plant in between them. The paper lanterns make sure no one is left in the dark when night falls over San Myshuno (it may be called a lunchroom, but that’s only for the alliteration). Aside from the restaurant itself, there’s a small one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a balcony for the Sims that own the restaurant. If none of your Sims owns it it might be best to remove the door leading to that part of the building, because the wait staff tends to wander off to watch telly. Or you can convert the apartment to a club hangout (for some tree-cuddling, vegetarian yoga fanatics or something ). It’s made on the penthouse lot in the Arts Quarter - which means it basically only fits there due to the weird proportions of that lot.
More pictures of the restaurant under the spoiler.
I've been renovating all the apartments recently. Here's the most recent. It's not 100% done yet, but that does not matter.
Bedroom. The bedroom is very bright, cluttered, and pretty well lived in. Also, note the stacks of bills stuffed under the bookcase.
Bathroom. I hate doing bathrooms, so it's very basic.
Entrance Hallway. Not really a hallway, per se.
Kitchen. I went through twenty different iterations of this one room. FeelsBadMan. I just noticed the fridge is not lined up with the counters! *gasp*
Dining Area. I really cannot call this a dining room, can I?
Living Room. I left the mouse hole because the mouse and my Sim got along swimmingly. (I didn't want to take away the TLC vibe, but needed an excuse because my Sims always have 0 social).
Outside. Better known as the place we never venture.
I used spoilers so I don't blast this thread away with my pictures.
I recently renovated Salim Benali's apartment in the Arts Quarters. I wanted the apartment to feel glamorous, so I hid all of the TLC items on the lot to include the leaky pipes. electrical box, and mouse holes, by strategically placing all items in the home.
I also renovated the apartment next door. The original Caliente sisters live here. Nina is a critic and Dina is a social media specialist. The two sisters often work out of their office located in the corner of the apartment.

Enjoy! xoxo
Woot! I love what you've done with my favorite apartment!
You've got a real flair for moods, and I love your use of spaces. You're an inspiration. Thanks for sharing.
I tried straying from the sims 4 style in general as I've been remaking and creating new sims, I made this apartment when I tried making a fun groovy dancer sim! Honestly this in general is inspired from the Urbz.
I tried making it lounge like but not really super classy either, its more of a fun vibe.
