CanuckSimmer Designs presents Colonial Elegance:
The house can be found by using the EA ID search function: canuckfan86
NOTE: I have rotated the house so the backyard is bigger and the lot has no side yard. Which means I have changed up the trees on the lot.
I have built a 3 bed, 2 bath colonial house on a 30x20 lot. It is under 60k in the cheapest neighborhood in Willow Creek. It features a kitchen with an island, front/back porches, home gym (including a yoga mat), master bedroom with ensuite and two girls rooms which could easily be converted to boys. The girls rooms are decorated (pink/white for a girly girl who likes fashion and pop music) and (grey/pink for a girl who loves to cook and bake). These could easily be teenagers or older children rooms as decorated.
