Hello It is great that you are simming and back onto the forums
I sort of feel like I am shamelessly posting all over this forum right now, but I'll make it short and sweet.
My latest completed project is for the 'one room, one week, one theme' challenge. This week the theme is: a man cave.
If you are not familiar with the challenge, it's great fun so check it out and join in!
I'll only post one image here, but more can be found here.
That is like a bar, men love hehe My spouse man cave is his gameroom - not sports, but video games Good job to you and everyone. I hope you all enjoying challenges.
@Veriona You know, I did initially want to do a gamer room, because that's what comes naturally to me. In Norway it's very common for houses to have a basement, so my boyfriend and I often talk about how we would create our little basement gamers room when we get the money to buy a house For some reason though, all of my ideas and creativity headed in the sports direction.. which really makes no sense, since it's like the opposite of me and my interests. haha! I'm glad you like it!
I've got a new build, something to do with the plantsim challenge
Sylvan Glade
Residential, 15x10, 1 bed, 1 bath, $32.740. Packs used: GT, OR, SD, DO, CK, MH, RB, KR, BY. NoCC, NoMOO, debug, play tested.
Replacement lot for Sylvan Glade, inluding fully grown and ready-to-use magic bean portal tree (which is the sole reason for building this lot). It actually looks quite nice and fits well with the surroundings. I added an easel and a chess board on the ground floor. The first/upper basement level has a bathroom, which allows Sims to stay in Sylvan Glade longer. And the second/lower basement level has a bedroom, kitchen and a tiny living room. So basically, aside from the magic bean portal tree, I added some essential things to survive and a couple of hobby items, to pass the time.
If you don’t have all packs, I only used a lot of non-decorative items from Outdoor Retreat, so you do need that one.

Another witch house from me I find it very different from the other ones and I think it's my best so far
I don't fav much builds or comment on them anymore, but when one blows me away I have to do one or both and this blew me away! Great great build, thank you for sharing

I just had to leave feedback for this amazing build. I downloaded and in complete awe of your creation. I turned on moo and just want to let you know some items like roof sculptures and outdoor wall fixtures exterior did not stick to your build construction. If it is not properly touching a roof or wall, it will not stick when someone else downloads it. Just wanted to let you know some minor details did not stick. I load my builds in multiple lots to see when these things happen from lessons learned on my previous builds. It is still an amazing build, but from one builder to another I figured I'd share my ingame observations. Can't wait to see what other creations you share with us, very excited!
@Mo0nLight321 : All those peaks and ridges! Exactly how I'd imagine a witch house, and appropriately creepy and sinister. And (hah!) of course you've got to have that super-sentimental rose-covered wallpaper in the kitchen. There's always got to be an element of "sweet little old grandmother" about a "Grimms' fairy tale" witch, I think ... but that grand, canopied bed rather dispels all doubt.
I don't often have builds that aren't starters or "affordable." Here's a build done for the Build n Share challenge: an ultra modern artist's home with grand piano and ready for two toddlers. Lots of windows, art, and a nearly-indoor pool.
