There isn't a lot of Medieval / Tudor era clothing out for The Sims 4, I have found bits and pieces here and there and below is clothing I have converted from The Sims 2 over to The Sims 4. The meshes are not mine nor the textures the only thing I credit for is converting them over to The Sims 4. The outfits are from various Sims 2 sites and themed after The Tudors, Elizabeth/ Elizabeth: The Golden Age, The Other Boleyn Girl, and Paintings from that time period.
The only game's I do not own are Vampires and Bowling Night.
Oh I loved all these dresses from Sims 2. That is what I miss, I had all the period clothing. Have you uploaded these anywhere?
I tried to on TSR but every time I tried thru the site it kept trying to list it as Sims 3 content and I don't think I can upload it here because you need to have the mesh to go along with it. But I am hoping to upload them somehow because I am currently playing in the neighborhood of Widenburg and I'm playing the Sims 2 / Sims 4 Medieval Challenge where you make groups of Peasant/ Merchant / Noble and the Royal families and I didn't have clothing from that period and I thought what the heck let me see if I can try! ^_^
I'm still currently making clothing and prob by the time I'm done I will have anywhere from 50 to maybe over 100 outfits? That's how much content I have found alone just from The Sims 2.
Current Packs I own which isn't much...

Good news for both of you! And for anyone who wants these creations! I uploaded my files on Mediafire and so far all the stuff I have created you can download! I have also included the mesh files you will need in a separate folder.
More outfits I converted, I'm still extracting textures but...It's more than I thought it was. So far I have over 350 textures, I don't think I will have anymore trouble with dressing my Sims in Tudor fashion in Widenburg ^_^

There are so many to choose from! I find that any sims games are really lacking on vintage clothing, and I love history, so I love this project you have done. Nice job! My personal favorites of your work are the dresses in the 9th and 18th screenshots.
I love those 1500's time era. I wish Sims 4 had them up. I would totally make my sims wear them. Those and the Korean traditional dresses called hanboks.

Thank you a million times over! There is absolutely NOT enough awesome CC for The Sims 4. I love The Sims 2 and have Sims 1 through 4, but The Sims 2 has the best of everything. Thank you again so much!
Glad so many are enjoying the conversions! lol ^_^ I'm not uploading a lot at this point since I have so many textures it's slowed me down a bit but with over 300 textures that's normal lol, Also! I'm converting The Sims Castaway Stories clothing over to TS4 ^_^ I found someone who had converted the textures over to TS2 so now I'm converting those TS2 over to TS4 ^_^

Okay, I got 25 new dresses for little noble and royal girls and here is some tops for the boys I hope yall like the conversions. Please remember the bulk of these outfits were not created by me but by other creators and I just converted them over to The Sims 4.
Their creations were found on All-About-Style, Parsimonious, Mod the Sims, The Sims Resource, Plumbob Keep and where ever else they may have uploaded their creations.
Update : Photobucket is having issues so I will post screenshots as soon as it comes back up.

Look at the top of the post, see the link for my MediaFire? when you click on that you should see 2 folders.
One will say Medieval & Tudor era Sims 4 Clothes and then below that, you will see another folder that says
Meshes YOU MUST HAVE THESE FOR OUTFITS TO WORK and there should be 11 meshes. Because without them none of the clothing will work that you see in the screenshots.

When I click on the link, it opens the folder with dresses right away, and there's no way to see the mesh folder unfortunately.
Intel i7-6700HQ; nvidia gtx970m 3 gb; 1tb HHD and 256gb SSD; my drivers are always up to date.

UPDATE: I have figured out how to convert The Sims Medieval music into mp3 format for use in The Sims 4. Scroll to the top page for the link to them if you want to use them in your game.

I designed these two myself using a game default dress and the textures are from a Tudor era painting
Queen Mary from Reign I made this dress
converted from All-About-Styles Sim's 2 themes
Dresse's for little girls
These dress textures were made for Adult Females but I changed them to little girls since I loved the way they looked
