I do makeovers a lot, but I don't usually take screen shots of them, mostly I just change hair & clothes.
Here's a couple makeovers that I did take pics of, nothing to dramatic tho.
I saw this gal walking around my Bridgeport game; Kimmy Knott, bouncer...
Bouncing? Really?...off her stomach, maybe...
I slimmed her down & added muscle.
Much more intimidating!

A stereotypically fat, schlumpy nerd.
After:
Slimmed him down, pulled his chin out a bit, gave him a more flattering haircut.
Hey guys so I've decided to have ago at this too, I love this thread (I may have wasted the last few hours stalking it).
I decided for my makeover's I'm not allowed to touch Sims facial features, their weight or their skin tone. The only facial change I can make is to turn up the corners of their mouth so they smile for once in their darn lives!! I also want to make them over while trying to make sure that their personality is included too (you'll see what I mean).
First house: Working Roommates of SV.

She seemed to be more of a tomboy and I liked her short hair so I went with it!
Then Tori Kimura (I forgot the before photo!):

Tori likes to dress smart, and I thought she'd look wicked as the 'femme fatale' type.
Then Moniki Morris Before:

Whoever designed her and her eyebrows/make-up needs a slap.
And After:

I thought she looked great in purple so I gave her something a bit more smart-casual and she's so pretty with a more natural look!
And last of all, this one I nearly died laughing when I realised what I had done!
So this is Madison VanWatson Before:

Madison seemed very girly and because of her pale skin tone I thought she'd look way better with a softer hair colour and pastel clothing.
So this is what I ended up with:

@alexandrea I just love your version of Thornton Wolff, he's gorgeous. I know he gets a bit of a bad reputation but he's one of my favourites, though usually split him up from Morgana. @donnabailey@Mikezumi WOW, had no idea Bob Newbie could look so good, definitely going to load Riverview and steal him for other worlds. @CravenLestat Many thanks for posting that tip about unlocking outfits in CAS, this one is just so perfect for Dragon Valley! What skin is she using?
Claudia is gorgeous she needs no skin. I use her as my pattern model sometimes.@Scrapdash has good taste
@emorrill you so should make her over for fun. I decided to make over some DV premades for fun. I didn't keep them made over, but I wanted to see what they'd look like with more "normal" coloring. I just changed skin, eyes and hair. Didn't touch physical characteristics.

The first makeover I did of her I was totally being silly and trying too hard to make her look gorgeous! I wanted to see what kind of a reaction I would get out of everyone.
But then I thought the hair was a bit much so I changed her to the makeover above.
I was looking around Aurora Skies last night to see if I could find any new genetics to add to my current save. I came across Adam Birch and thought he had potential.
Original state
After small tweaks, mostly to reduce eye size and to nudge zero sliders from various facial features.
@HARIBOWS I totally see the Adele resemblance too!

So here's the finished makeover pics.
No "plastic surgery", her shnozzola is still there in full glory, but I did give her a CC skin. (either Mango Smoothie or Yogurt Smoothie I forget which)
The only genetics change was to her eye color, since I'd also made her a werewolf, but I didn't like the yellow, glowing eyes in human form, & hadn't saved her original eye color, so I made them green instead.
Oh and here's an "inbetween" pic of Laurel, from when I was trying hairs on her...I retrieved it when I cleared out my SNAP files....
