At the Sims 3 there was spanish (spain) at spanish MX lines
Also if see TS4 Package files and STBL there are both lines
Also consider than most spanish speaking people are from South America
For this Stuff Pack would be a good chance to allow Latam title

As I guess you will give 5 options at english then for spanish will give the 5 titles translations using spanish spain
