Here is my problem. I hope someone can help

I have some sims 3 Ep and Sp I bought on two different accounts. Both accounts belong to me. How do I get all my games to work together on one account or both.when I go one one account the other ep or sp do not show up when I play.why I'm having this problem is because I installed them on a new computer. My other computer had a blue screen problem

Hi there. This a cross-account Origin issue? You would have to contact EA/Origin Customer Support, see the HELP menus at the bottom of these screens for contact info, and ask them to combine your two accounts. I'm afraid there is no one on the community forums here, not even the EA staff gurus, who have access to customer records.

I did they said I will loose all of my store content if I did. But the strange part is I had all my games linked together on my old laptop on my two accounts. But they will not on my new laptop. Don't know why.old had window 7this new one has window 10. Do not understand why that is they are installed on the new laptop.wish I coulD bypass origin. Some on disk and some I downloaded through origin.

Oh, something did change there along the line but it's not related to Win 7 vs. 10. As of Nov 2015, then refined in Jan 2016, any new install or re-install that involves digital downloads of the base game and/or EPs/SPs through Origin in any way requires Patch 1.69, which in turn requires Origin to manage and startup the game. There is now no way around that.

The only ways to stay on 1.67 (or prior) now are to do all disc installs of everything, featuring a base game disc produced before Sept. 2012, or switch to Steam (when then requires re-purchasing the Steam version of everything). Or play the Mac version, but that's not practical or advisable for most. Otherwise it's all Origin all the time. Players who are still using an Origin or mixed install from before Nov 2015 can stay on 1.67 although many have found the newer patch thrust upon them when they didn't expect it.

Puzzling about the loss of store content between the two accounts, though. This one I've never heard of. Maybe a more knowledgeable Customer Service rep can help you find a way around that.

If they say you're going to lose all of your store content and you decide to do it anyways, you can backup store stuff now before having them merge the accounts. It will most likely require you to download (not install) everything again because most of us clear out the Downloads folder in the Sims 3 folder at some point.

I suggest organizing everything into separate folders (sets, premium content, compilations, worlds, individual items, etc...) and then put them all into one folder titled example "Sims 3 Store Backup". If you own a lot of the store then no doubt it will take a while but this way it's archived and you won't lose anything. I'd buy a flash drive to store it on once you know the size of it all. I bought a 32GB for my store backup and I own estimated 90% of the store.

Here is the link on how to backup:

This guide explains how to download everything from the store avoiding duplicates:
