I have some sims 3 Ep and Sp I bought on two different accounts. Both accounts belong to me. How do I get all my games to work together on one account or both.when I go one one account the other ep or sp do not show up when I play.why I'm having this problem is because I installed them on a new computer. My other computer had a blue screen problem

The only ways to stay on 1.67 (or prior) now are to do all disc installs of everything, featuring a base game disc produced before Sept. 2012, or switch to Steam (when then requires re-purchasing the Steam version of everything). Or play the Mac version, but that's not practical or advisable for most. Otherwise it's all Origin all the time. Players who are still using an Origin or mixed install from before Nov 2015 can stay on 1.67 although many have found the newer patch thrust upon them when they didn't expect it.
Puzzling about the loss of store content between the two accounts, though. This one I've never heard of. Maybe a more knowledgeable Customer Service rep can help you find a way around that.

I suggest organizing everything into separate folders (sets, premium content, compilations, worlds, individual items, etc...) and then put them all into one folder titled example "Sims 3 Store Backup". If you own a lot of the store then no doubt it will take a while but this way it's archived and you won't lose anything. I'd buy a flash drive to store it on once you know the size of it all. I bought a 32GB for my store backup and I own estimated 90% of the store.
