      No, you're not dumb. I live near the equator (Singapore) and I just can't understand the concept of Daylight savings.

      It's horrible! It always takes 1-2 weeks for me to get back to my used sleeping rhythm :s

      I sleep at 4AM frequently... Wake up randomly... Be 10AM or 1PM.
