I will make the Sims you want (Females, Males, Vampires, Any Age).
I know some people find it difficult to make sims (I find it difficult to make houses xd) and would prefer for someone else to do the work, well that is okay!
I am willing to do Sims for people, I will be doing base game or custom content. You can choose if you want me to use custom content or base game only.
I will not re-upload custom content, all custom content will be linked to you using the link I have got it from originally.
I will provide help on how to install custom content

Ethnicity: Caucasian
Hair colour: Again, your choice. (I know a lot of different hair colours have CC, so have fun with it!)
Style: He's a player but not a bad boy, and I also want him to be rich. So clothes that don't SCREAM rich, but when you look at them, you know you're looking at a successful, wealthy man
CC + Base Game OR Base Game only?: CC and Base Game
Lip colour if any: None, unless it looks better to give him some!
Eye colour: Again, your choice.
Weight: "normal"?
Muscles: Yes! (Just not too muscle-y. Athletic type)

Lip colour if any: Up to you, I'm not opposed to having the in-game lip makeup on him if it suits but he doesn't need to have it if you don't think so

Muscles: Not too muscular but some muscles
