Males Wearing Female Clothing

I haven't had a problem with the gender patch until a few days ago. One of my teens aged up and as I was fixing him up in CAS, I noticed he had aged up into a female swimsuit. However all of the proper clothing tags were in place.

Also the suspect in my detective's case was wearing heels.

I couldn't find the townie is Manage Worlds to check, but I guess that would make sense. However I'm still curious how the teen got a one-piece.

Edit: Another suspect spawned in heels. I checked him in CAS and he is not a Goofball, though he is Childish. Not sure if that affects anything.

Thankyou for posting feedback about what occured in your game.
There seems to be an issue that sometimes sims appear in game generated high heels.

Nah, I just have Zerbu's environment effect overhaul, faster eating and drinking (updated by coolspear), and Shimrod's facial overlay for less smiling. I took them out though because my game would freeze during the loading screen when I tried to travel to a community lot. Never had freezing problems before.

I also have this issue, I found a male townie wearing a bathing suit when doing make-overs for everyone. I don't have any of the mods listed by @HowGreatThouArt so I don't think that's the issue. I have MC command center, cowplant tweaks, internal mood names as well as various no autonomy mods from the same person. I changed the bathing suit already so I don't think offering my save makes much sense. I really like the gender patch but I don't really want my non-trans sims wearing heels or bathing suits...

I can't seem to edit my post but I have to add that I just randomized a sim in CAS and he had a female bathing suit as swimwear. It wasn't a townie or anything, I just pressed "create a new household" and then randomized a few times. This seems like a bug.

You are unable to edit posts until you become a full member.You need to have 50 points and 30 posts before you can become a full member and can then post pictures, have a signature, edit posts , post links and change your profile picture.This thread explains about it.

I'm gonna put down a "me too" for this. I've noticed it with career uniforms (men wearing women's outfits, usually non-uniform dresses; and women wearing men's suits) and my Mixologists seem to have the same bug. They're all in Party dresses (both male and female Mixologists).

Haven't seen any other NPCs yet, but I wouldn't be surprised.

Wow, that happened to me too, just by using the option to create a sim via genetics so he would look like another sim's father. The same bathing suit as in the OP, just in red.

These are my two most recent of this issue. Neither of them have the mentioned traits and both of them were born in-game. I don't have any CC or mods.

The issue is occurring in a number of simmers games, where the males are wearing female swimsuits.

This isn't exactly the same but does anyone have a problem with males underwear being on top of leggings (a feminine accessory I know) but not that way for females? Sometimes I like a male sim in leggings with a hoodie for sleep or being adorable haha but cant.... kind of the same thing? A little bit if you squint

Oh, I also have two males wearing heels (townies) but they also both have the feminine walk so I assumed it was what they preferred tbh haha
